المستخلص: The current study examined the effects of adopting flipped classroom approach on academic achievement and self-efficacy among female students of College of Education, Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University (PNU), Saudi Arabia. The study adopted the quasi experimental design based on the two experimental and control groups, where the experimental group was taught through flipped classroom approach, while the control group taught using the traditional way. The study applied two tools: Achievement Test and Self-Efficacy Scale. The sample consisted of two groups: one group is experimental and the other one is control. The two groups studied Classroom Management course in the first semester of the academic year 2016/2017. The results showed that the experimental group outperformed the control group in the post achievement test. Furthermore, there was a positive correlation between students’ academic achievement and their self-efficacy beliefs. The conclusion included a summary of the results, some recommendations and suggestions for further research.
