|a هدفت هذه الدراسة تعرف درجة قيام مديري المدارس الخاصة التي تطبق برامج أجنبية بدورهم في تطوير الطاقة التنظيمية المدرسية في مدارسهم وتقرير ما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية والتنظيمية. وظفت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وتم توزيع أداة مكونة من 51 بندا على 335 معلما ومديرا في عينة عنقودية من 70 مدرسة تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية بعد أن أخضعت الأداة لاختبارات الصدق والثبات. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن اثنين من محاور الأداة وهما راس المال الشخصي والثقافي قد جاءتا بمتوسطات مرتفعة بينما جاءت بقية المحاور بمتوسطات معتدلة. كما كشفت النتائج عن فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المستجيبين على عدد من المحاور تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور، وفروق دالة إحصائيا بين المستجيبين على عدد من المحاور تعزى لمتغير الوظيفة لصالح المديرين وقد انتهت الدراسة بتقديم عدد من التوصيات.

|b This study aimed at identifying the role of principals of private schools that apply foreign programs in Jordan and whether or not there were statistically significant differences that could be attributed to the demographic and organizational variables. The study applied the descriptive methodology. 335 teachers and principals in a randomly selected cluster sample of 70 schools were administered a 51-item questionnaire that was subjected to the validity and reliability tests. The findings revealed that two of the dimensions, namely the personal and cultural dimensions were given higher means while the other came with mild means. On the other hand, there were statistically significant differences between participants on some dimensions that could be attributed to gender in favor of males, and similarly there were statistically significant differences between participants that could be attributed to position in favor of principals. The study concluded with a number of recommendations.
