|b This study aims to highlight the experience of Algerian University in the application of e learning and distance education. The study concluded that distance learning at the Algerian University is a support of Traditional education allowing for absorbing the increasing numbers of students and improving the quality of education and arriving to the international standards regarding the quality assurance based on a long-term strategy that relies on The use of modern technology that provides learners with content in the shortest time, less effort and greater benefit. besides, The experience of the University of Constantine 2 in this area allowed to achieve several complementary objectives to the educational process, the most important ones are the transformation of current courses and curriculum to electronic curriculum gradually and the establishment of the principle of self education and e-learning among university student.

|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على تجربة الجامعة الجزائرية في تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني والتعليم عن بعد، حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التعليم عن بعد في الجامعة الجزائرية هو دعامة للتعليم الحضوري بما يسمح بامتصاص الأعداد المتزايدة للطلبة وتحسين نوعية التكوين والاقتراب بسرعة نحو المعايير الدولية فيما يخص ضمان الجودة وفق استراتيجية طويلة المدى تعتمد على استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة في تقديم المحتويات التعليمية للمتعلم بأقصر وقت وأقل جهد وأكبر فائدة ، كما أن التجربة التي خاضتها جامعة قسنطينة 2 في هذا المجال سمحت بتحقيق عدة أهداف مكملة للعملية التعليمية أهمها تحويل المقررات والمناهج الدراسية الحالية إلى مناهج إلكترونية بصورة متدرجة وتأسيس مبدأ التعليم الذاتي والتعليم الإلكتروني لدى طلبة الجامعة.
