المستخلص: Pressurizing work or what is known as “lobbying” is an activity that directly or indirectly affects the decisions of public authorities. Modern lobbying is an indispensable and effective tool, which. If it is used and exploited in the best ways, it allows enterprises to obtain important competitive advantages. From another angle, it enables public authorities to acclimatize to the needs, interests and trends of society. That is through the involvement of specialists in this field and also by determining and generating strategies to detect changes and direct decisions in a proper manner towards the public interest and in absolute transparency.

Le lobbying est l’activité qui consiste à influencer d’une façon directe ou indirecte toute intervention ou décision des pouvoirs publics. Le lobbying moderne constitue une arme incontournable, qui, bien exploitée et pratiquer d’une façons intelligente, peut fournir aux entreprises des avantages concurrentiels et aux états un moyen efficace pour s’adapter aux besoins, intérêts et orientation de la société, par le biais d’intégration des spécialistes et la définition des stratégies capable de détecter les changements et d’orienter les décisions vers l’intérêt général et dans la transparence absolue.

العمل الضغطي أو ما يعرف في اللغة اللاتينية ب Lobbying هو ذلك النشاط الذي يعمل على التأثير بشكل مباشر او غير مباشر على قرارات السلطات العمومية. العمل الضغطي الحديث يشكل أداة فعالة لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها، والتي إن استعملت واستغلت بأحسن الطرق فإنها تسمح من جهة للمؤسسات بالحصول على ميزات تنافسية هامة، ومن جهة أخرى تمكن السطات العمومية من التأقلم مع حاجات ومصالح وتوجهات المجتمع، وهذا من خلال إقحام المختصين في هذا المجال وكدا تحديد وإجاد الاستراتيجيات الكفيلة بكشف التحولات وتوجيه القرارات بشكل سليم نحو المصلحة العامة وفي شفافية مطلقة.
