The Anglo- French relations have developed dynamically to an alliance between them since the month of February 1939 where those relationships were built on the basis of close cooperation in various aspects, especially the military, naval and air them, Anglo-French relations have improved during this period, as it led to the strengthening of rows between the two sides About the setbacks suffered by the Allied forces, including British troops in the battlefield, Djembrln popularity has declined, especially after the start of the invasion of Germany, France and the preparation of plans for the occupation of Britain. So offering the British Parliament a draft resolution to the vote of no confidence for the government Djembrln, and so we can say that the developments and events of the war opened the door wide open to the possibility to introduce a no-confidence for the government or force it to resign, especially since the global situation, particularly in France was alarming about the threats to the German squandered and halted the policy of appeasement pursued by Djembrln."
