هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة قائدات مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بمدينة مكة المكرمة للقيادة الاستراتيجية من وجهة نظر وكيلات الروضات الحكومية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي واستخدمت الاستبانة أداة للدراسة وتم تطبيقها على جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة لمحدودية عددهن والبالغ (73) وكيلة.. وأسفرت نتائج تحليل بيانات الدراسة عن ما يلي: أن درجة ممارسات قائدات مؤسسات رياض الأطفال الحكومية بمدينة مكة المكرمة للقيادة الاستراتيجية مرتفعة حيث بلغ المتوسط العام لجميع مجالات الدراسة (93.4) وبانحراف معياري (345.0)، مما أظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد مجتمع الدراسة حول درجة ممارسة قائدات مؤسسات رياض الأطفال للقيادة الاستراتيجية في مجالي تطوير رأس المال البشري والتأكيد على الممارسات الأخلاقية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي وكانت الفروق لصالح القائدات اللاتي يحملن درجة البكالوريوس. كما أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات مجتمع الدراسة حول درجة ممارسة قائدات مؤسسات رياض الأطفال للقيادة الاستراتيجية لكل مجال تعزى لعدد سنوات الخبرة وفي ضوء النتائج التي أسفرت عنها الدراسة أقدمت الباحثة بعض التوصيات والمقترحات لدراسات مستقبلية.
The purpose of the study was to identify the degree of practicing strate-gic leadership among the leaders of kindergartens institutions in the city of Makkah A1 Mukarramah from the point of view of the Deputy Directors of the governmental kindergartens. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive method, The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data from the Study populations. The study was applied to the whole population for its small size, which is the total of (37) Deputy Director. After analyzing the data, the results of the study revealed the following: The degree of practicing strategic leadership among the kindergarten leaders from the point of view of the Deputy Director was very high, The mean of the total score was (4.31) with a standard deviation of (0.54) and the values of the arithmetic averages was (4.381) for the field of strategic direction and ranked first in the rank-ing (4.37) for the field of promotion of organizational culture and came in second place (4.35) for the field of emphasis in ethical practices ranked third and (4.22) for the field of development of human capital in the fourth rank and (4.21) for the field of investment and competitiveness in the fifth place. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended several recommendations to strengthen the practice of strategic leadership and recommend-ed future studies to complement the scientific effort of the current Study.
