المستخلص: The objective of this study is to examine the reality of quality within Algerian institutions, especially in the hydrocarbons electrode institutions of Skikda, by applying the most important principles upon which comprehensive quality management is based, and then to test the relationship between these principles and the overall performance of the institutions.
In order to collect data, a questionnaire was prepared benefiting from studies which are related to the subject area. The study produced a number of findings, which included:
- Skikda's hydrocarbons electrode institutions have some concern with the element of quality. That was evident from the responses of respondents about adherence to quality principles.
- Through testing the study hypotheses, a statistically significant relationship between the principles of comprehensive quality management and the performance of the organization was concluded.

Pour recueillir des données, un questionnaire a été préparé en utilisant les études pertinentes. L'étude a atteint un certain nombre de résultats, notamment : - Il y a un certain intérêt pour la qualité Par les institutions d'hydrocarbures de la wilaya de skikda, Ceci est illustré par les réponses des répondants aux principes de qualité.
- En testant les hypothèses de l'étude, il y avait une relation statistiquement significative entre les principes de TQM et la performance de l'établissement. Mots-clés: qualité, principes de la gestion de la qualité totale, performance de l'organisation.

إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو الوقوف على واقع الجودة بالمؤسسات الجزائرية، وخاصة بمؤسسات قطب المحروقات لولاية سكيكدة، من خلال تطبيقها أهم المبادئ التي تقوم عليها إدارة الجودة الشاملة، ثم اختبار العلاقة بين تلك المبادئ والأداء العام للمؤسسات.
ومن أجل جمع البيانات تم إعداد استبيان بالاستعانة بالدراسات ذات العلاقة بالموضوع، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها:
- يوجد بعض الاهتمام لمؤسسات قطب المحروقات لولاية سكيكدة بعنصر الجودة، ويتضح ذلك من خلال إجابات أفراد العينة حول الالتزام بمبادئ الجودة.
- من خلال اختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم التوصل إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة وأداء المؤسسة.
