المستخلص: تنطوي استراتيجية أنظمة المعلومات على أهمية كبيرة للشركات صغيرة الحجم؛ لأنها ترشد وتوجه نظام المعلومات، وتحدد مساهمته في الأداء. لذلك يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن تأثير استراتيجية أنظمة المعلومات (المبدعة، والمتحفظة، وغير المحددة) في أداء عينة من الشركات صغيرة الحجم في محافظة ذي قار التي تقع في جنوب العراق. جمعت البيانات بواسطة استبانة صممت لهذا الغرض، تضمنت (ستة) متغيرات، فسرتها (تسع عشرة) فقرة، استعمل الباحث لأغراض القياس مدرجا خماسي الأبعاد، واختبر دقة القياس ومستوى الثقة وفقاً لمتطلبات الصدق والثبات اللذين كشفا عن قدرة القياس (فقرات ومتغيرات) على قياس ما صمم لأجله. أوضحت النتائج وفقا لما تراه عينة البحث أن استراتيجية أنظمة المعلومات المبدعة تؤثر إيجابياً في النمو الاستراتيجي والكفاءة التشغيلية، فيما تؤثر استراتيجية أنظمة المعلومات المتحفظة في الكفاءة التشغيلية، وبالتالي تجني الشركة قيمة من نظام المعلومات تنعكس في الرضا عنه، ولم ترسم استراتيجية أنظمة المعلومات غير المحددة الصورة ذاتها. واختتم البحث بأهمية الاستنتاجات، وأوصى الشركات عينة البحث بتشخيص رؤيتهم المستقبلية أولاً، ثم اختيار الاستراتيجية التي تناسب توجهاتهم سواء أكانت نمواً أم كفاءة تشغيلية.

The information systems strategy is of great importance to small businesses because it guides the information system, and determines its contribution to the performance. The current research aims to reveal the impact of the information systems strategy (creative, conservative, and undefined) on the performance of a sample of small businesses in the Dhi Qar Governorate, located in southern Iraq. The data were collected employing a questionnaire designed for this purpose, which included (six) variables, explained by (nineteen) paragraphs. The researcher used a five-dimensional insert for measurement purposes and tested the accuracy of the measurement and the level of confidence according to the requirements of truthfulness and stability that revealed the ability of measurement (paragraphs and variables) to measure what it was designed for. The results showed that, according to the research sample, the innovative information systems strategy has a positive impact on strategic growth and operational efficiency, while conservative information systems strategy affects operational efficiency. The company thus reap value from the information system reflected in satisfaction with it, and the strategy of undefined information systems did not outline the same picture. The research concluded with the importance of conclusions and recommended that companies first diagnose their future vision, then choose the strategy that suits their direction, whether it be growth or operational efficiency.
