|f In this study, we will address a very important issue, which is the text of the amendment of the Constitution and the adaptation of Algerian legislation to various international, regional and local developments, by conducting a comparative analytical study between the Constitution of 28 November 1996 and the constitutional amendment of 6 March 2016. This amendment, which carried many additions in line with the increasing number of public expectations and demands. As is well known, the wave of what is termed the Arab Spring has established the rules of an unprecedented international and regional order, whether in the Internal policies or foreign countries, and not just Arab countries. This wave has affected many third world countries, and it has reached the point that it has knocked on the doors of developed countries in both Europe and America, especially the Eastern European countries. |a سنتطرق من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى مسألة في غاية من الأهمية، والمتمثلة في نص تعديل الدستور والتكيف التشريعي الجزائري مع مختلف المستجدات الدولية والإقليمية والمحلية في الأساس، وذلك من خلال إجراء دراسة تحليلية مقارنة بين دستور 28 نوفمبر 1996 والتعديل الدستوري 6 مارس 2016، هذا التعديل الذي حمل الكثير من الإضافات وفق ما يتماشى مع جملة التطلعات والمطالب الجماهيرية المتزايدة، وكما هو معروف فإن موجة ما اصطلح عليه بالربيع العربي قد أرست لقواعد نظام عالمي وإقليمي غير مسبوق سواء في سياسات الدول الداخلية أو الخارجية، ليست الدول العربية وحسب، وإنما قد مست هذه الموجة العديد من دول العالم الثالث، ووصل الحد إلى درجة أن طرقت أبواب الدول المتقدمة في كل من أوربا وأمريكا، خاصة دول أوربا الشرقية، وتبقى مسألة التطبيق من عدمه كفيلة بتضافر جميع مؤسسات الدولة، وخضوعها لهذا الدستور.

|d Dans cette étude, nous examinerons une question très importante qui représentée dans le texte de la nouvelle révision Constitutionnelle et de l'adaptation législative algérienne comparativement aux déférents développements internationaux, régionaux et même locaux .Cette étude analytique - comparative entre les deux constitutions de 1996 et 2016.\nDernièrement de nombreux pays (forcément et non volontairement) ont été obligées de s'adapter à cette vague de démocratisation et de réforme notamment les réformes Constitutionnelles, et pour éviter toutes glissements dans la région. Mais tous jours le problème est n’pas Dans les textes constitutionnels, ou dans la qualité des amendements soutenu, mais à la manière applicatifs.\n
