|b This study aimed to investigate the degree of academic communication and knowledge sharing between graduate students and faculty academic members at the University of Jordan. The study population consisted of all students of the Faculty of Graduate Studies at the University of Jordan (5970) students in (2015). To answer the study questions, a questionnaire was developed consisting of (12) paragraphs to measure the degree of academic communication and knowledge sharing between graduate students and faculty academic members at the University of Jordan, the validity and reliability of the tool were measured. The study results showed that the degree of academic communication and knowledge sharing between graduate students and faculty academic members at the University of Jordan was moderate. The results also showed no significant difference between the means of the responses of the study sample due to the variables of sex and stage of study, while they showed a significant differences between those means which were attributable to variable college and in favor of the scientific faculties. The study recommended to strengthening academic communication and knowledge sharing between students and faculty academic members, by holding seminars, meetings and conferences that promote interaction and transfer the knowledge.

|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة الاتصال الأكاديمي والتشارك المعرفي بين طلبة الدراسات العليا وأعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة الأردنية من وجهة نظر طلبة الكلية. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلبة كلية الدراسات العليا في الجامعة الأردنية: لعام (2015)، وعددهم (5970) طالباً وطالبه. وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة لقياس درجة الاتصال الأكاديمي والتشارك المعرفي بين طلبة الدراسات العليا وأعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة الأردنية، تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها وتكونت أداة الدراسة في صورتها النهائية من (12) فقرة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة الاتصال الأكاديمي والتشارك المعرفي بين طلبة الدراسات العليا وأعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعة الأردنية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على فقرات أداة الدراسة تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والمرحلة الدراسية، في حين أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية تعزى لمتغير الكلية ولصالح الكليات العلمية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات، أهمها ضرورة تعزيز الاتصال الأكاديمي والتشارك المعرفي بين الطلبة وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، من خلال عقد الندوات واللقاءات والمؤتمرات التي تعزز تفاعلهم ونقلهم للمعرفة.
