In fact, this can only be achieved through a strategic approach aimed at improving the educational and research institutions through the development of programs in the preparation of study plans in legal studies in order to increase the efficiency of the staff and upgrade their abilities and to link their efforts to the public benefit, individuals and communities in all vital areas. It is not possible to determine the impact of the scientific and research institutions in the societies, except by finding out the reality of their academic and research reality, which in turn is subject to standard standards, which determines the level of quality and thus activates the appropriate mechanisms and programs in order to upgrade, develop and strengthen them. It is clear for us that this scientific project aims to devise methods and methods for learning, teaching and studying Hadith, and this is the finding of this paper on Modern Studies at the University of Algeria, Master Academy, Hadith and its Sciences. C - Exploration (an educational unit that helps the student to discover educational materials in other disciplines, and contribute to the expansion of the university culture). (D) horizontal, the educational unit that brings together materials in living languages, automated media and new information and communication technologies. 5. Therefore, the future of modern studies should be a culture of strategy, not a phased process, or a time plan to avoid certain problems, but to achieve the outcomes that the educational system aspires in the field of Islamic law, and to achieve excellence and educational and scientific leadership.
