المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على فقه الإمام البخاري في علوم القرآن من خلال كتاب فضائل القرآن، واعتمدت في هذا البحث على المنهج الاستنباطي الاستدلالي، واحتوى البحث على مقدمة وتمهيد وخمسة مباحث، وتضمنت المقدمة أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، وأهداف البحث، وإجراءاته. والتمهيد على: نظرة في تسمية الكتاب بـ (فضائل القرآن)، وخلص الباحث فيها إلى أنها تسمية مرادفه لعلوم القرآن أقرب من كونها فضائل القرآن بالمعنى الاصطلاحي، ووقفه مع تراجم الإمام البخاري، وبينت أنها على وجهين ظاهرة وخفية، ولكل منهما أنواع وأقسام، وفي مباحث البحث حرصت على استنطاق تراجم الأبواب، واستنباط مناسبة الأحاديث للترجمة؛ للوصول إلى فقه المصنف، واستخراج آرائه واختياراته في علوم القرآن، وختمت البحث بأبرز آراء المصنف واختياراته المتعلقة بهذا العلم، ضمن حدود البحث المرقومة

This research aims to highlight Imam Al-Bukhari’s fiqh represented by his contributions to Qur’anic and Hadith sciences, especially with respect to controversial issues. It concentrates on the first five sections of Al-Bukhari’s The Book on Fadhaa’el Alqur’an (Virtues of the Qur’an). It gives special attention to Hadith relevance to the selected sections. Methodologically, the research follows a deductive inferential approach. Among the important findings of the research are the following: The title Fadhaa’el Alqur’an has a more comprehensive meaning than the advantages and benefits of the Qur’an for this world and the hereafter; it involves Qur’anic sciences. Qur’anic revelations came down via the revelation angel in his original form and in a human form. Caliph Othman’s compilation of the Qur’an was done in the dialect of Quraish as well as some other Arab dialects. The compilation of the Qur’an was done twice, the first time during Abu-Bakr’s Caliphate, and the second during Othman’s. What had been done at the Prophet’s time was not compilation. The “seven-letter reading” is real, not metaphorical meaning being numerous and comprehensive. It was revealed in Al-Madinah, and it is optional, not compulsory. The value of Al- Bukhari’s fiqh lies in his writings, and especially in his selection of relevant Hadiths. The research recommends that further studies be conducted on Al-Bukhari’s publications, about the Qur’an in general, and about Kitaab Fadhaa’el Alqur’an in particular.
