|b In front of global openness and the emergence of the knowledge economy, the information systems of human resources information system occupied stature and great importance in the organization, considering that human resources has become the primary and the dynamic engine and power on which depends the success of institutions and survival. However, This system lacks to costing of information raised the concern of the managers and directors, the thing that calls the need to linked it by the Human Resource Accounting to supplement the shortage of this system. From this point, This paper comes to highlight the role which play the human resources accounting and the complementary relationship between it and the human resources information system.

|a أمام الانفتاح العالمي، اشتداد المنافسة وظهور اقتصاد المعرفة، احتلت نظم المعلومات وعلى رأسها نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية مكانة واسعة وذات أهمية بالغة في المؤسسة، وهذا باعتبار أن الموارد البشرية أصبحت تمثل المحرك الأساسي والحيوي الذي يتوقف عليه نجاح المؤسسات وبقائها. غير أن افتقار هذا النظام لاحتساب تكاليف المعلومات التي يوفرها لمتخذي القرارات أثار انشغال المسيرين والمدراء، الشيء الذي يستدعي ضرورة ربطه بمحاسبة الموارد البشرية لتكملة النقص والقصور الذي يعاني منه هذا النظام. من هذا المنطلق تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية لتسليط الضوء الذي تلعبه محاسبة الموار البشرية وعلى العلاقة التكاملية بينها وبين نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية.
