المستخلص: This study aimed to investigate the point of view of the headmasters, teachers and specialists of the comprehensive education schools about the reality of educational services in the resources-room for the disabled pupils at Hajjah governorate. An analytical descriptive method and a questionnaire were used by the researcher as a tool for collecting data. The study sample consists of all headmasters, teachers and specialists of the comprehensive education schools. 120 participants were selected randomly and the collected data were manipulated according to SPSS, using the relative frequency distribution, the average, the standard deviation, the Cronbach Alpha factor, the mono-variance analysis (T-Test), the Spearman correlation coefficient, and the P-test for variance analysis. The study came out with many findings, the most important are: There were statistically significant differences among the participants' responses attributed to their approval on the subjects of the study areas with an average of (3.29), the field of educational process in the resources-room reached an average of (3.84), the preparation for resources-room with an average of (3.76), the methods used inside the resources-room with an average of (3.69), the means and equipment’s with an average of (3.6), and the scientific material with an average of (3.25).There were statistically significant differences about the average vision of the headmasters, teachers and specialists of the comprehensive education schools at Hajjah governorate for the educational services in the resources-room of disabled pupils attributed to the variable of school type. There were no statistically significant differences about the average vision of the head masters, teachers and specialists of the comprehensive education schools at Hajjah governorate for the educational services in the resources-room of disabled pupils attributed to the variables (Gender, years of experience, scientific qualification, job position, numbers of training courses/ workshops). Furthermore, some important recommendations have been presented by the researcher.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة وجهة نظر مديري ومعلمي واخصائي مدارس التربية الشاملة لواقع الخدمات التربوية في غرفة المصادر للتلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة بمحافظة حجة. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات، تمثل مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري ومعلمي وأخصائي مدارس التربية الشاملة بمحافظة حجة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (120) من مجتمع الدراسة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وتمت معالجة بيانات الدراسة، وفقا لبرنامج الحزم الإحصائية (SPSS)، باستخدام التوزيع التكراري والنسبي، والوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل ألفا كرونباخ، تحليل التباين الأحادي (T Test)، ومعامل ارتباط سبيرمان، واختبار (ف) لتحليل التباين. وأسفرت الدراسة عن أهم النتائج التالية: وجود فروق معنوية وذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة، تعزي لصالح موافقة افراد عينة الدراسة على فقرات مجالات الدراسة، بدرجة متوسط حسابي (3.29)، حيث بلغ مجال سير العملية التربوية في غرفة المصادر بمتوسط حسابي (3.84)، ومجال تجهيزات غرفة المصادر بمتوسط حسابي(3.76)، ومجال الأساليب المتبعة في غرفة المصادر بمتوسط حسابي (3.69)، ومجال الوسائل والأجهزة بمتوسط حسابي (3.6)، ومجال المادة العلمية بمتوسط حسابي(3.25)، ووجود فروق معنوية وذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط رؤية مديري ومعلمي واخصائي مدارس التربية الشاملة بمحافظة حجه للخدمات التربوية في غرفة المصادر للتلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة تعزي لمتغير نوع المدرسة، وعدم وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط رؤية مديري ومعلمي واخصائي مدارس التربية الشاملة بمحافظة حجه للخدمات التربوية في غرفة المصادر للتلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة تعزي لمتغيرات (النوع، وسنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي، والمركز الوظيفي، وعدد الدورات، الورش التدريبية)، وقدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات في ضوء نتائج الدراسة.
