هدفت الدراسة استخدام مدخل الأداء المتوازن في تطوير أداء مراكز البحوث التربوية المصرية، وذلك من خلال عرض لمدخل الأداء المتوازن وأبعاده ومبررات استخدامه ومراحله لتطوير أداء مراكز البحوث التربوية المصرية، وتعرف ماهية البحث التربوي وأهدافه وأهميته وتحدياته ومراكز البحوث التربوية وأدورها، ورصد واقع مراكز البحوث التربوية المصرية في ضوء أبعاد مدخل الأداء المتوازن (بعد التعلم والنمو، وبعد العمليات الداخلية، وبعد العملاء، والبعد المالي)، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وذلك بالاعتماد على أسلوب تحليل الأداء، وتمثلت حدود الدراسة في مراكز البحوث التربوية المصرية الثلاثة، المركز القومي للبحوث التربوية والتنمية، والمركز القومي للامتحانات والتقويم التربوي، ومركز تطوير المناهج والمواد التعليمية، وهي المراكز المعنية بالبحث التربوي في مصر. وأكدت الدراسة من خلال عرض واقع مراكز البحوث التربوية المصرية وفقا لأبعاد المدخل على أن لمدخل الأداء المتوازن دورا فعالا في التطوير الشامل لأداء مراكز البحوث التربوية المصرية، حيث يحقق المدخل التوازن في قياس مختلف أبعاد ومجالات الأداء بشكل شمولي متكامل، ويتيح إمكانية قياس الأداء الكلي لها، وتصميم وتنفيذ خطط وعمليات التحسين المطلوبة بما يساعد في تطبيق الاستراتيجية التي تعمل في ضوئها، وتحقيق رؤيتها ورسالتها داخل المجتمع المحلي والعالمي، ويضمن استمرارية الجهود التي تستهدف تحقيق الجودة، وتحقيق التميز لمراكز البحوث التربوية المصرية، ومن ثم توصلت الدراسة إلى تصور مقترح لمدخل الأداء المتوازن في تطوير أداء مراكز البحوث التربوية المصرية.
The study aimed at using balanced scorecard approach for developing die performance of Egyptian educational research centers through presenting balanced scorecard approach, its dimensions, justification for its using and its stages to develop the performance of Egyptian educational research centers, And define the nature of educational research, its objectives, its importance, challenges and educational research centers and its role, to know the reality of Egyptian educational research centers in light of the dimensions of balanced scorecard approach(learning and growth, internal process, customers, financial), The study used descriptive approach, based performance analysis method, The limits of the study was presented in the three Egyptian educational research centers, the National Center for Educational Research and Development, the National Center for Examinations and Educational Evaluation and the Center for Curriculum Development and Educational Materials. The study confirmed by presenting the reality of Egyptian educational research centers according to the dimensions of the approach that balanced scorecard approach has an effective role in the overall development of Egyptian educational research centers, The approach make balance in measuring different dimensions and areas of performance in a comprehensive way, and allows the possibility of measuring the overall performance of them, design and implement the required improvement plans and processes to help implement the strategy, and achieve its vision and mission within the community and the world, And ensures the continuity of efforts aimed at achieving quality, and excellence of Egyptian educational research centers, So the study reached a suggested proposal of Balanced Score-Card as Approach for Developing the Performance; of Egyptian. Educational Research Centers.
