المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى وضع تصور مقترح للتشبيك كمدخل لتفعيل إدارة المعرفة بمدارس التعليم العام في مصر. ويعرف التشبيك إجرائيا في سياق البحث الراهن بأنه مدخل لدعم الاتصال والعمل التعاوني المشترك بين مدارس التعليم العام في مصر، وتنسيق جهودها وأنشطتها بهدف بناء قدراتها المؤسسية على بناء المعارف المهنية الجديدة، ونشرها وتبادلها، وتطبيقها، وتبادل الخبرات والأفكار وأفضل الممارسات والحلول للمشكلات التي تواجهها بما يسهم في تطوير أدائها، وتحسين إنجاز الطلاب وذلك من خلال الاستثمار الأمثل لتكنولوجيا الاتصالات والمعلومات في بناء الشبكات وتدعيمها بأنظمة اتصال وقواعد للبيانات وأدوات للتواصل الإلكتروني لتيسير الاتصال والتشارك المعرفي بين المدارس الأعضاء. وفي سياق الإطار النظري للبحث تم استكشاف فلسفة التشبيك ومقوماته كأحد المداخل المعاصرة التي انتشرت في العديد من المجالات نتيجة للتطور التقني المتسارع في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، بما أدى إلى تزايد دوره في الإدارة الفعالة للمعرفة بين المؤسسات المختلفة ومن بينها المؤسسات التعليمية، وبما عزز من عملياتها من بناء للمعرفة ونشرها وتبادلها وتطبيقها بين المعلمين والقيادات التعليمية في النظم التعليمية المختلفة. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي باعتباره المنهج المناسب لطبيعة موضوع البحث، إلى جانب عرض نماذج لأفضل الممارسات فيما يرتبط بالتشبيك وبناء الشبكات في المجال التعليمي والتي يمكن تبنيها في هذا الإطار. كما تمت الاستعانة بأداة استطلاع الرأي لتعرف آراء عدد من خبراء التخطيط والإدارة التربوية حول العمليات الإدارية للتشبيك والتي تتمثل في التخطيط للتشبيك والتنظيم، وتنفيذ أنشطة الشبكات، والتقويم ومحاسبية الشبكات إلى جانب المتطلبات اللازمة لتطبيقه بين مدارس التعليم العام بهدف تحديد أهميتها النسبية بما يسهم في بناء التصور المقترح للتشبيك كمدخل لتفعيل إدارة المعرفة بمدارس التعليم العام في مصر. وخلص البحث إلى تقديم تصور مقترح للتشبيك كمدخل لتفعيل إدارة المعرفة بمدارس التعليم العام في مصر تحددت مكوناته في: العمليات الإدارية للتشبيك، والمتطلبات اللازمة للتشبيك بين المدارس، والتشبيك وعمليات إدارة المعرفة، والتعلم والابتكار كنتيجة نهائية لتفعيل إدارة المعرفة بالمدارس. كما تمت الإشارة إلى بعض المعوقات التي قد تحول دون تطبيق التصور المقترح وكيفية التغلب عليها.

The research aims to develop a suggested proposal for networking as an approach to activate knowledge management in public schools in Egypt. In the context of the research, networking is defined as an approach for promoting communication, shared collaborative work, collective action and coordination of efforts and activities among public schools in Egypt. In turn, this would lead to building public schools capacities for creating, sharing and applying new professional knowledge. Networking is also expected to promote sharing of experiences, best practices and best solutions for the problems schools might face with the aim of improving their performance as well as the students’ performance. Making the best use of information and communication technology in building networks and supporting them with communication systems, databases and electronic communication applications would facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among the schools which are members of these networks. In the context of the theoretical framework of the research, the concept and philosophy of the networking approach and its role in promoting effective knowledge management among institutions, especially the educational ones, are fully explored. The research adopted the descriptive method. Some of the best practices of networking among schools in different countries were also shown. Besides, a questionnaire was applied o a number of educational planning and administration experts in order to explore their points of view concerning the administrative processes of networking namely, planning for networking, organizing and implementing the network activities and holding networks accountable for their performance. The questionnaire is also intended to explore the experts’ points of view with regard to the requirements needed to apply the networking approach among public schools in Egypt. The suggested proposal of networking as an approach to activate knowledge management in public schools in Egypt was presented. Four components of the suggested proposal were identified, namely the administrative processes of networking, the requirements needed for its implementation, promotion of learning and innovation as an outcome of activating knowledge management among public schools and the social context of' knowledge management.. The. researcher also-predicted some obstacles that would hinder the implementation of the suggested proposal in the Egyptian context" and offered some methods to overcome them.
