المستخلص: Mastery of science and technology is one of the vital aspirations of all countries as it is the key to entry into the world of economic development. Also, quality higher education and a university-business relationship are an effective weapon that modern nations are implementing to maintain and deepen their economic and technological supremacy over the rest. The university sector is always the starting point for a technological and scientific advance. The main objective of our paper is to highlight that no country has developed with a underdeveloped university sector. The higher education sector is the spearhead of any reform envisaged. Among the main results of our article; we highlight that a quality university education and a relationship between the university institution and the sphere of economic activities allows the development of intelligence which is the driving force of the economic emergence and development of nations.

La maîtrise de la science et de la technologie est une des aspirations vitales de tous les pays dans la mesure où elle constitue la clé d’entrée dans le monde du développement économique. Aussi, un enseignement supérieur de qualité et une relation université-entreprise constituent une arme efficace que les nations modernes mettent en oeuvre afin de maintenir et creuser leur suprématie économique et technologique sur le reste. Le secteur universitaire est toujours le point de départ pour une avancée technologique et scientifique. L’objectif principal de notre communication est de mettre en lumière qu’aucun pays ne s’est développé avec un secteur universitaire sous développé. Le secteur de l’enseignement supérieur constitue le fer de lance de toute réforme envisagée. Parmi les résultats principaux de notre article ; nous mettons en exergue qu’un enseignement universitaire de qualité et une relation entre l’institution universitaire et la sphère des activités économiques permet le développement de l’intelligence qui est la force motrice de l’émergence économique et du développement des nations.
