|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد طبيعة الدوافع الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية التي تضغط على الأفراد في المجتمعات الفقيرة للهجرة غير الشرعية، وتعين طبيعة التغيرات التي تطرأ على البنية الأسرية ومنظومة القيم في بلدان الإرسال نتيجة عملية الهجرة غير الشرعية، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على أداة الاستبيان ودليل دراسة الحالة، وتحددت الفئات المستهدفة في الدراسة الحالية في مجموعة الشباب المحتمل هجرتهم والذين تقع أعمارهم في المستوى العمري ما بين (20 إلى 40 سنة) والذين يمثلون أكثر المجموعات تعرضا لمخاطر الهجرة غير الشرعية، وذلك ما فرض اختيار مجموعة من المحافظات التي تعد الأكثر في الدفع بالمهاجرين إلى أوروبا وهي التي انقسمت من وجهة نظرنا في محافظات القاهرة، والإسكندرية، ودمياط، والفيوم، وكفر الشيخ، والتي بمقتضاها تم أخذ (193) مفردة تم توزيعاه بالتساوي بين المحافظات، تلك التي جاءت بطريقة عشوائية من الشباب المقبل على الهجرة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: عن العامل الاقتصادي يلعب دورا هاما في اللجوء إلى الهجرة بصفة عامة والهجرة غير الشرعية بصفة خاصة حيث كانت أسباب الهجرة بسبب أن العيشة غالية وصعبة، تبين أن الهجرة غير الشرعية تؤدي إلى تفكك الأسرة والطلاق، وانخفضت قيمة التعليم أن غالبية المبحوثين لا يرون أنه أصبح له أهمية في الوقت الحالي، كما اتضح أن الهجرة غير الشرعية تؤدي إلى ازدياد معدلات الجريمة.

|b The study aimed at determining the nature of the social, economic and political motives that put pressure on individuals in poor communities of illegal immigration, and the appointment of the nature of the changes in the family structure and the system of values in the countries of of illegal immigration process, study relied on the descriptive approach, adopted as a tool questionnaire the guide case study, and identified the target in the current study of the potential migration and who is aged in the age level between the youth group classes (20 to 40 years) and who represent the groups most vulnerable to the dangers of illegal immigration so what the imposition of selecting a group of provinces that are most in provinces that are most in payment migrants to europe which was divided from our point of view in the governorates of Cairo, Alexandria, Damietta, Fayoum, and Kafer EL-sheikh, according to which were taken (193) single been evenly distributed between the provinces, those that came at ranom from the next youth immigration. the study reached the following findings: the economic factor plays an important role in the resort to immigration in general and illegal immigration in particular, where the causes of migration in particular, where the causes of migration because of that sumptuous expensive and difficult, shows that illegal immigration leads to the disintegration as the majority of the respondents do not believe that it has become important in the moment, as it become clear that illegal immigration leads to an increase in crime rates.
