تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الآثار الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المصاحبة لمشكلات التنمية السياحية في المجتمع المضيف في إقليم القناة (بورسعيد) واستخدمت الدراسة الأسلوب الوصفي التحليلي، والاستعانة بأداة الاستبيان حيث طبقت على عينة قوامها (217) مفردة، تمثل فئات مختلفة من المجتمع المضيف من العاملين في قطاع السياحة والفنادق والغرف السياحية والفندقية وكافة العاملين في الخدمات السياحية والفندقية ومن مرشدين سياحين وعلاقات عامة وغيرهم. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها أن الغالبية العظمى من المبحوثين يؤكدون أن تأثير السياحة على اقتصاد المجتمع المضيف تأثيرا كبير ولكنه تأثر بالأحداث السياسية والاجتماعية والأمنية. وأن الغالبية العظمى من المبحوثين يؤكدون على وجود أهمية كبيرة للتنمية السياحية، مما يدل على أنه يوجد وعي إلى حد كبير بأهمية النشاط السياحي كنشاط اقتصادي واجتماعي يساعد على تنمية المجتمع، كما أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن أن الغالبية العظمي من المبحوثين يؤكدون أن فرص العمل في المجال السياحي تتسم بالموسمية، ويليه أنها تصلح للعمل في بعض الوقت فقط، وأخيرا تؤكد الدراسة أن فرص العمل في المجال السياحي تتسم بأنها غير ثابته ويومية. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن السياحية الساحلية تمثل أهم أنماط السياحة في إقليم القناة، يليه السياحة الأثرية والسياحة الشاطئية، والسياحة الرياضية، مما يدل على وجود الوعي بتنوع المنتج السياحي الذي يمكن أن يقدم للسواح في المجتمع المضيف. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى تعدد معوقات التنمية السياحية في إقليم القناة تتمثل في نقص الوعي لدى أبناء إقليم القناة، وعدم اهتمام الدولة بالتنمية السياحية، وعدم توافر أماكن لإقامة للسواح، ونقص دعاية وتنشيط للمقومات السياحية والاثرية الداخلية والوافدة، وتهالك البنية الأساسية، وعدم تناسب عادات وتقاليد السواح، لذا يجب مواجهة تلك المشكلات التي يعاني منها العاملين من معوقات للنهوض بصناعة السياحة.
The current study aimed to identify the economic and social effects associated with problems of development of tourism in the host Society in the region of the channel (port said), the study used descriptive and analytical style and social survey and the identification was applied to a sample of (217) single, representing the different categories of the host Society of workers in the tourism sector, hotels, tourist class rooms corporate and all workers in the tourist services corporate and tourists guides and public relations and others. The study reaches the several results from the most important of which is that the great majority of researchers see that the impact of tourism on the economy of the host Society affected by greatly by political and social secure events, and the great majority of researchers confirm the existence of great importance for tourist development, indicating that there is awareness of the importance of tourist activity as an economic and social activity help to the development of society. the results of the study resulted in the great majority of researchers see that employment in the field of tourism seems to be season , followed it is suitable for work in some time only, and finally see that employment in the field of tourism are not fixed and daily . The results of the survey indicated that the great majority of archaeological tourism and coastal tourism, tourism, sports which indicates that there is awareness of the variety of the tourism product which could offer for tourists in the host Society, the results of the survey indicated the numerous obstacles to the development of tourism in the territory of the channel is the lack of awareness among the people of the territory of the canal, and the lack of interest of the state by tourist development, and the non-availability of places of accommodation for tourists, lack of propaganda and activating tourist fundamentals and archaeological sites of the Interior and incoming, dilapidated infrastructure, and not suitable for the habits and traditions of the tourists and must therefore face of those obstacles and problems for the advancement of the tourism industry.
