المستخلص: The National Office of Agricultural Land is a public authority responsible for real estate regulation. It was established by Executive Decree 96/87 of 24/02/1996 and was entrusted with several tasks, including the management of agricultural land belonging to the State's property, the supervision of real estate transactions placed on it, and the monitoring of the execution of concession contracts. It has the right to exercise pre-emption in the event that a member of the agricultural investor waives his share, under a number of conditions and procedures. As a result, the obligations and rights of the assignee are transferred to the National Office of Agricultural Lands. Thus, the state becomes the owner of the share and a partner in the agricultural investment.

L’office national des terres agricoles ; est une organisation chargé d’un organisme public immobilier. établi par le décret exécutif n° 96/87 du 24/02/1996. a été attribué plusieurs taches; y compris la gestion des terres agricoles du domaine privé de l’état et le contrôle des transactions immobilières man dieux et le suivi de la mise en œuvre des contrats de concession, et a le droit d’exercer préemption dans la cas d’une concession, dans l’un des nombres a investi paysan pour sa part. dans le cadre d’un certain nombre de conditions et procédures. entraînant le transfert des droits et obligations de l’investisseur attribue à l’office national des terres agricoles. et de devenir un partenaire dans le paysan d’investissement.

الديوان الوطني للأراضي الفلاحية، عبارة عن هيئة عمومية مكلفة بالتنظيم العقاري. أنشأ بموجب المرسوم التنفيذي 96/ 87 المؤرخ في 24/ 2/ 1996. وأسندت له عدة مهام، منها تسيير الأراضي الفلاحية التابعة للأملاك الخاصة للدولة وبسط الرقابة على المعاملات العقارية المنصبة عليها، ومتابعة مدى تنفيذ عقود الامتياز .وله حق ممارسة الشفعة في حالة تنازل أحد الأعضاء في المستثمرة الفلاحية عن حصته. وذلك في إطار جملة من الشروط والإجراءات. ويترتب على ذلك انتقال التزامات وحقوق المستثمر المتنازل إلى الديوان الوطني للأراضي الفلاحية. وبالتالي تصبح الدولة مالكا للرقبة وشريكا في المستثمرة الفلاحية.
