The study aimed at: - knowing the philosophical educational points of trends of the teachers and its effect on the cognitive learning in football by the students of some colleges of sport education in Kurdistan and Egypt. - Cognitive learning in football by the students of some colleges of sport education in Kurdistan and Egypt. - knowing The philosophical educational points of trends of the teachers and its effect on The cognitive learning by the sample The researcher has used descriptive method through inter-relational way as it matches the nature of the research, the sample of the research consisted on the teachers of football subject for the colleges of Sport in Kurdistan Region-Iraq which they were about 18 teachers from Iraq and 24 teachers from Egypt, 506 student of the colleges of Sport from Kurdistan and 1093 student from the colleges of Sport in Egypt. The researcher has used the measure of (The philosophical educational trends of teachers and cognitive learning) for each of (Ibrahim Mohammed Aziz 2010)after finding, the scientific bases and implementation the experimental experiment of the measures then implementing the measures of the trends on the teachers and the measure of cognitive learning on students within the scale Of the research plus using some of statistical methods to deal with: - most of the teachers of football Kurdistan adopt the realistic philosophical trend then the existentialist one. - most of the teachers of football Kurdistan adopt the existentialist philosophical trend then the realistic one. - there were schedules for the level of cognitive learning in football for the students of college of Sport Education in Kurdistan and Egypt. - Students of college of Sport Education in Egypt outweigh the students of college of Sport Education in Kurdistan concerning the cognitive learning of the football skills.
- التعرف على التوجهات الفلسفية التربوية للمدرسيين بكليات التربية الرياضية بأقليم كوردستان وجمهورية مصر العربية. - التعرف على مستوى التعلم المعرفي للطلاب لكليات التربية الرياضية بأقليم كوردستان وجمهورية مصر العربية. - التعرف على مدى أثر التوجهات الفلسفية التربوية للمدرسين على التعلم المعرفي للعينة. استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب العلاقات المتبادلة لملاءمته مع طبيعة البحث، أما عينة البحث اشتملت تدريسيي مادة كرة القدم لكليات التربية الرياضية بأقليم كوردستان – العراق والذي بلغ عددهم (18) مدرساً وجمهورية مصر العربية (24) مدرساً، (506) طالبا لكليات التربية الرياضية بأقليم كوردستان و(1093) طالباً لكليات التربية الرياضية بجمهورية مصر العربية، استعان الباحثون بمقياس (التوجهات الفلسفية التربوية والتعلم المعرفي) لكل من (إبراهيم محمد عزيز، 2010) بعد إيجاد الأسس العلمية وتطبيق التجربة الاستطلاعية للمقياسيين ثم تطبيق مقياس التوجهات على المدرسيين ومقياس التعلم المعرفي على الطلاب ضمن حدود البحث فضلاً عن استخدام عدد من الوسائل الإحصائية لمعالجة ما يأتي: - يتبنى أغلب مدرسي كرة القدم في كوردستان العراق الاتجاه الفلسفي الواقعي ثم الوجودي. - يتبنى أغلب مدرسي كرة القدم في كوردستان العراق الاتجاه الفلسفي الوجودي ثم الواقعي. - تم التوصل إلى إيجاد جداول لمستويات التعلم المعرفي بكرة القدم لطلاب كليات التربية الرياضية في كوردستان العراق وجمهورية مصر العربية. - تفوق طلاب كليات التربية الرياضية في جمهورية مصر العربية على طلاب كليات التربية الرياضية في كوردستان العراق في التعلم المعرفي لمهارات كرة القدم.
