المستخلص: بلغت عينة الدراسة (74) طالبة من طالبات المرحلة الأولى والثالثة من طالبات قسم رياض الأطفال للعام الدراسي (2017-2018)، ولتحقيق هدف البحث قامت الباحثتان بأعداد استبانة تكونت من (37) فقرة موزعة على مجالين هما، المجال الأكاديمي ويضم (20) فقرة، والمجال المهني ويضم (17) فقرة وببدائل إجابة ثلاثية (يتصف بها دائما، يتصف بها أحيانا، وبلغ معامل ثبات الأداة (0.86)، وتمت معالجة البيانات باستخدام المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري واختبار (t-test).

This study tries to explicate the academic and professional qualities of the teachers of the kindergarten department from the point of view of their students. This study aimed at: 1- Identifying the academic qualities of kindergarten teachers from the viewpoint of their students. 2- Identifying the professional qualities of kindergarten teachers from the point of view of their students. The study is on the female students of the kindergarten department for the academic year (2017-2018). The number of the female students is (309) students. The sample of the study of the first and third stage students is (74) female students. In order to achieve the objective of the study, the two researchers conducted a questionnaire consisting of (37) items (20) items are for the academic field and (17) items are for the professional field, in which the answer for any question presents three options (always characterized, sometimes characterized, rarely characterized). The validity of the questionnaire was verified by presenting it to a group of experts in the field of education. The total of stability of the tool reached 0.86. The data were processed using the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation and the t-test. The research arrived at the following concluding points: 1- There are (9) items representing the most prominent academic qualities among kindergarten teachers from the viewpoint of their students. 2- There are (8) items representing the most prominent professional qualities among kindergarten teachers from the point of view of their students. The two researchers reached a number of recommendations, including the following: 1- The establishment of criteria for the evaluation of university professors. 2- Preparation of development courses in the field of teaching methods and techniques. The two researchers also suggest that a study should be conducted on the academic, professional and personal qualities and linking them to other relevant important aspects.
