|b This study aims at explaining the general concept of the Imama and to clarify jurisprudential provisions related to the jurisprudence of minor imama. The paper includes three fields: Firstly, the general concept of imama. Secondly, the jurisprudential provisions related to the jurisprudence of the minor imamate and its pedagogical implications. Thirdly, the educational implications of the jurisprudence of the minor imamate. The study takes a descriptive and deductive approach based on the use of jurisprudential texts from the sayings of the jurists, analyzing them and deducing the contents of these texts from educational implications through an Islamic educational perspective. The study reaches important results, including: the existence of a strong relationship between jurisprudence and education, since jurisprudential provisions have been developed to contribute to the preparation of human, his education and refinement, achieving his happiness in this life and in the afterlife. Thus, jurisprudential provisions in all its branches often include more educational contents than words and abstract provisions. Furthermore, the most important educational implications of worship in general and prayer in particular is sensing the greatness of the Creator in his divinity and his deity through the employment of faith and devotion to God Almighty. Therefore, the educational character is evident in the life of the Muslim in all the spiritual, psychological, social, physical and moral spheres.

|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان المفهوم العام للإمامة، وبيان الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بفقه الإمامة الصغرى ودلالاتها التربوية الخاصة من خلال أقوال الفقهاء، إضافة إلى بيان الآثار التربوية العامة المستفادة من فقه الإمامة الصغرى. واشتملت الدراسة على ثلاثة مباحث، تناول الأول المفهوم العام للإمامة، وتناول الثاني الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بفقه الإمامة الصغرى ودلالاتها التربوية، وتناول الثالث الآثار التربوية المستفادة من فقه الإمامة الصغرى. سلكت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والاستنباطي القائم على تناول النصوص الفقهية من أقوال الفقهاء، وتحليلها واستنتاج ما تضمنته تلك النصوص من دلالات ومضامين تربوية من منظور تربوي إسلامي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج منها: وجود علاقة راسخة تربط ما بين الفقه والتربية؛ حيث إن الأحكام الفقهية لم توضع أو تشرع لذاتها، وإنما هي مقصودة متعدية لغيرها لتفيد إعداد الإنسان وتربيته وتهذيبه من أجل سعادته في الدارين، وبالتالي فإن الأحكام الفقهية بجميع فروعها تشتمل في الغالب على مضامين تربوية أكثر من كونها ألفاظا وأحكاما مجردة،. كما أن أهم المضامين التربوية التي تنطوي عليها العبادات عامة وشعيرة الصلاة خاصة هي استشعار عظمة الخالق في ألوهيته وربوبيته من خلال توظيف عامل النية وإخلاص العبودية لله تعالى، ولذا تظهر الصبغة التربوية جلية في حياة المسلم في كل الأطر والمجالات الروحية والنفسية والاجتماعية والجسمية والأخلاقية.
