هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الأنشطة الكشفية في تنمية المهارات القيادية لطلاب المدارس الثانوية في مدينة الرياض من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مديري المدارس الثانوية بالمدارس الحكومية والأهلية التي بها فرق كشفية بمدينة الرياض، ويبلغ عددهم (25) فرداً، وقد اشتملت عينة الدراسة على جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة وذلك لصغر حجم المجتمع. ومن أجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة طور الباحث استبانة لدور الأنشطة الكشفية في تنمية المهارات القيادية بعد مراجعة الأدب النظري والدراسات السابقة، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى0.01 فأقل في اتجاهات مديري المدارس الحكومية واتجاهات مديري المدارس الأهلية حول (مدى توفر آليات تنفيذ الأنشطة الكشفية بالمدارس الثانوية، دور الأنشطة في تنمية المهارات القيادية للطلاب من خلال الأنشطة الكشفية في المرحلة الثانوية( لصالح مديري المدارس الأهلية. - أن أبرز أدوار الأنشطة الكشفية في تنمية المهارات القيادية المرتبطة ب (التخطيط، اتخاذ القرار، إنجاز الأعمال، تحفيز المشاركين، حل المشكلات (تتمثل في إسهام النشاط الكشفي في جعل الطالب يتفاعل مع زملائه وأن النشاط الكشفي يركز على العمل الجماعي وحث الطلاب على التعاون
This study aimed to identify the role of scout activities in leadership skills for high school students in the development of the city of Riyadh from the standpoint of school principals. The study population of high school government and private schools that their managers scout teams in Riyadh, numbering 58 people, was the study sample included all members of the community of the study because of their small size of the community. In order to achieve the goal of the study researcher developed a questionnaire for the role of scout activities in the development of leadership skills after a review of the theoretical literature and previous studies, it was verified validity and reliability. The study found the following results : - and no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.01 or less in the attitudes of government school principals and trends in the civil principals about (the availability of the implementation mechanisms of scouting activities in secondary schools, the role of the activities in the development of leadership skills for students through Scout activities secondary) in favor of private schools managers. - that the most prominent roles in scouting activities associated with the development of leadership skills b (planning, decision-making, business achievement, motivate participants, Solve problems) is to contribute Scout activity in making the student interacts with his colleagues and Scout activity focuses on teamwork and urged the students to cooperate.
