|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على ممارسة قائد المدرسة الابتدائية بمحافظة الأحساء للصلاحيات الممنوحة له، وكذلك التعرف على درجة اختلاف آراء أفراد الدراسة حول ممارسة قائد المرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظة الأحساء للصلاحيات الممنوحة له باختلاف متغيرات الدراسة (المؤهل الدراسي - عدد سنوات الخبرة في مجال القيادة المدرسية – العمل الحالي)، وقد بلغ أفراد عينة الدراسة (140) قائداً ووكيلاً للمرحلة الابتدائية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: \n- أن هناك ممارسة بدرجة متوسطة بين أفراد الدراسة للصلاحيات الممنوحة لقائد المدرسة الابتدائية بمحافظة الأحساء، حيث تأتي الصلاحيات المتعلقة بالمعلمين بالمرتبة الأولى، تليها الصلاحيات المتعلقة بالطلاب، وفي الأخير تأتي الصلاحيات المتعلقة بالمبنى المدرسي كأقل الصلاحيات ممارسة. \n- لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين أفراد الدراسة باختلاف متغير المؤهل الدراسي وسنوات الخبرة في مجال القيادة المدرسية، ومتغير الوظيفة الحالية فيما يتعلق بمحاور الدراسة التالية: (الصلاحيات المتعلقة بالمعلين، والصلاحيات الخاصة بالطلاب). \n- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين أفراد الدراسة باختلاف متغير الوظيفة الحالية فيما يتعلق بمحور (الصلاحيات الخاصة بالمبنى المدرسي)، وكذلك الدرجة الكلية للمحاور لصالح قادة المدارس.

|f The study aims at identifying the practices of the head of the primary school in Alahsa governorate for the powers granted to him. Also, the degree of differences of opinions of the study members regarding the practices of the primary stage leader in Alahsa governorate for the powers granted to him according to the study variables{academic qualifications-. Number of years of experience at the school leadership- the current work}. The sample of the study reached (140) leaders and a sub-agent of the primary stage. The study reached the following results. \n- There is a practice of a medium degree among the members of the study of the powers granted to the head of the primary school in the province of Ahsa, where comes the powers related to teachers at first, followed by the powers related to students, and finally comes the powers related to the school building as the least exercising powers. \n - There are no significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) among the members of the study according to the variant of the academic qualification and the years of experience in the field of school leadership, and the variable of the current job in relation to the following study axes: (powers related to the workers and the powers of the students). \n- There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) among the members of the study according to the variable of the current job in relation to the axis (the powers of the school building), as well as the overall score of the axes for the benefit of school leaders. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
