|a أبستمولوجيا باشلار تعبير عن موقف فلسفي جديد، يسعى صاحب الفكر العلمي الجديد إلى تأسيسه وتحديد أهدافه. ولذلك يمكن القول بأنه محاولة تجاوزيه للموقف الفلسفي التقليدي حتى يكون متوافقا مع راهن العلوم، ولن يتأتى ذلك إلاّ بتأسيس فلسفة علمية مختلفة يمكنها أن تكون ندا لفلسفة الفلاسفة الشاملة، وهي الفلسفة الوحيدة القادرة على تحليل التركيب الشديد للفكر المعاصر. إن هذه الأبستمولوجيا تقف على الفرق الفاصل بين الخطاب الفلسفي التقليدي والخطاب العلمي المعاصر، إذ أن علوم القرن العشرين متميزة في جدتها عن علوم القرنين الثامن عشر والتاسع عشر، لذلك لابد على الفلسفة أن تراجع مفاهيمها حتى تتمكن من تعقل الجديد العلمي المعاصر. وتمثل الأعمال الباشلارية في مجملها، محاولة لتأسيس فكر علمي جديد، إلا أن كتاب "فلسفة اللا " يمثل عصارة الممارسة الفلسفية في موضوعات علمية. أو لنقل إنه رسم لفلسفة علمية مفتوحة مسايرة لعلوم عصرها. وما تلا كتاب "فلسفة اللا" من مؤلفات أخرى كالعقلانية المطبقة، والنشاط العقلي للفيزياء المعاصرة، وكتاب المادية العقلانية، كانت كلها شرحا وتعميقا لما ورد في هذا الكتاب. إن برنامج الأبستمولوجيا من منظور باشلاري يتحدد في مهام أساسية هي: إبرازا للقيم الأبستمولوجية المتجددة للعلم، من العلم وليس من الفلسفة، ثم البحث عن أثر المعارف العلمية في بنية العقل وتطوره، القابل للتشكل باستمرار، وهي مسألة تطرح مشكلة لدى الفيلسوف والعالم معا بالرغم من مظاهر التباين والاختلاف بينهما. وهو ما يتطلب القيام بتحليل نفسي للمعرفة الموضوعية، من خلال عملية فحص وتشخيص وتطهير عقلي وعاطفي يقوم بها الأبستمولوجي وباستمرار تستهدف الفكر كذات عارفة من جهة وموضوع معرفتها من جهة أخرى.

|b Bache lad's epistemology expresses a new philosophical view. The new thinker with a scientific thought tries hardly to establish it and to limit its aims. Thus, we can say that it is no more than a trying to move to the transitional philosophical view so that it corresponds with actual science. This could not be achieved nor realized unless we manage to establish a different scientific philosophy that can stand against the general philosophy of philosophers. It is the only philosophy that can analyses the hard structure of the modern thought. This epistemology deals with the difference that stands between philosophical transitional speech and the scientific modern one .The twenties 'sciences differ from those of the 18's and 19's .Thus ,philosophy ought to revise its definitions and terms again so that it can understand what is new and modern in science. Bachelors' works generally refer to all those efforts made to found and plant the seeds of new scientific thought. However, the book entitled: "The No Philosophy" is considered the essence of philosophical practice in scientific subject’s .Or, let us say that it is the designing of a scientific philosophy, which is open to cope with its modern sciences. What followed the book of "The No Philosophy" as the practical rationalism and the mental activity of modern physics and the book of the concrete rationalism and other publications were all deep to explanation to what was mentioned in that book. A look at the program of epistemology from the wide window of Bache lard results in some important roles Such as first, showing renewable epistemological values of science. That one from science and not philosophy. Second, the search for the effect of scientific knowledge on the structure of the mind and its development that can continually take many forms and shapes.
