المستخلص: Cette recherche porte sur un sujet important lié à l’un des plus importants du folklore, à savoir el halkaet ses arts et ses éléments qui ont contribué à exprimer les préoccupations de la population et ses différentes problématiques, qui se substituaient au théâtre. A été employé par le théâtre algérien en plus du caractère des voix qui ont contribué au succès de l'épisode et à rendre le spectacle public, et c'est une preuve de la capacité de medah et de ghawal à la réunion publique, et de l'influencer.

يتناول هذا البحث موضوعا هاما يتعلق بواحدة من أهم الموروثات الشعبية والتي تتمثل في الحلقة بفنونها وعناصرها التي ساهمت في التعبير عن هموم الشعب ، وقضاياه المختلفة ، والتي كانت بديلا عن المسرح ، كما نجد شخصية المداح باعتبارها شخصية مترسخة في المجتمع العربي عامة ، والمجتمع الجزائري خاصة ، قد وظفها المسرح الجزائري إضافة إلى شخصية القوال اللذان ساهما في إنجاح الحلقة وإحداث الفرجة الشعبية ، وهذا دليل على قدرة المداح والقوال على اجتماع الجمهور ، والتأثير فيهم .

This research deals with an important topic related to one of the most important folklore, which is the ring with its arts and elements which contributed to expressing the concerns of the people and its different issues, which were a substitute for the theater. Has been employed by the Algerian theater in addition to the character of the voices that contributed to the success of the episode and to make the public spectacle, and this is evidence of the ability of praise and talk to the public meeting, and influence them
