هدفت الورقة إلى تسليط الضوء على أُثر برامج مؤسسات التعليم العالي الموجه لخدمة المجتمع من خلال دراسة أثر برامج كلية تنمية المجتمع في خدمة المجتمع بولاية البحر الأحمر ومدي مساهمتها في تمكين الأسرة الريفية عبر دراسة تطبيقية على برامج الكلية في محليتي سنكات وهيا في الفترة من 2009 – 2014م. اعتمدت الورقة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم جمع البيانات الأولية بواسطة استبيان من عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغت 60 أسرة قسمت بالتساوي علي جبيت وسنكات وهيا وفيما يتعلق بالمصادر الثانوية اعتمد الباحث على الكتب والمراجع والدراسات السابقة وتقارير الأداء للكلية والمؤتمرات وشبكة المعلومات الدولية من ثم تم تبويب البيانات وتحليلها بالنسبة المئوية المبسطة. وخلصت الدراسة على النتائج الآتية: قامت برامج ومناهج الكلية بدور واضح في زيادة الوعي الديني والصحي والغذائي بالمنطقة وهنالك تنامي ملحوظ في الاتجاه نحو الإنتاج وزيادة في أعداد الأسر المنتجة نتيجة لما تحقق من خلال تنفيذ برامج الكلية والمناهج التي تم تدريسها وبروز اتجاهات موجبة مشجعة ومحفزة للتعليم عبر الاهتمام بتحصيل الأبناء والانخراط في الدراسة النظامية بعد طول انقطاع أواسط النساء اللائي انخرطن في دورات الكلية. وتلخصت أهم التوصيات في: تعميم تجربة دورات ترقية قدرات المرآة على بقية المحليات وتقديم الدعم المادي اللازم لأنشطة وبرامج الكلية من المؤسسات والقطاع الخاص ومنظمات المجتمع المدني وتصميم وتنفيذ برامج تتيح تعزز فرص المنافسة في سوق العمل للشباب
The paper aimed shading light on the impacts community serving activities carried out by the institutions of high education via studying the impacts of programs of the Community Development Collage (CDC) Red Sea university and its contribution in the community development and family empowerment in the Red Sea state through studying its impacts in Sinkat and Hayia localities in the period 2007 – 2014. The paper used descriptive analytical methodology, used the questionnaire to gather data from a simple random sample consisted of 60 families distributed equally between Gebeit, Sinkat and Haya; the data was tabulated and analyzed via simple percentage calculations. The study has concluded the following results: The CDC educational and training activities and other programs, contributed clearly to the raise of hygienic, nutrition and religious awareness in the study area. The knowledge and skills learned in the CDC centers reflected in Increase in the numbers of the productive families in the area. There is a growing progress in the positive attitudes towards education can be noted out in the increase interest and fellow up of the children and one the parents reinter education after along stop. In the area after the efforts of the CDC. The most important recommendations were: The study recommends that CDC program for enhancing women abilities which contributed positively in the social development of the study area should extended to the rest of the localities in the state. The study encourages civil societies and private sector in the state to provide finical support to CDC programs. Designing and make available programs that help in increasing and widening the opportunities for youth in labor market.
