هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على فاعلية الجوال في تنمية الثورة اللغوية لدي طلاب الفرقة الثانية شعبة اللغة الألمانية والاتجاه نحو التعلم الجوال، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قامت الباحثة بتحديد احتياجات الطلاب في الثروة اللغوية عند مستويات (الاستدعاء والفهم والتطبيق) وفي ضوئها قامت الباحثة بتصميم برنامج تعلم جوال عبر الهواتف الذكية من خلال خدمة الرسائل القصيرة وإرسال المواد التعلمية عبر الواتس أب، وقد استخدمت الدراسة الحالية المنهج الوصفي في إعداد الإطار النظري للبحث وتصميم أدواته وفي تحليل النتائج وتفسيرها، كما تم اختيار المنهج شبه التجريبي بتصميم تجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة بتطبيق أدوات البحث قبليا وبعديا، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في اختبار الثروة اللغوية، مقياس الاتجاه نحو التعلم الجوال. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٣٣) طالبا وطالبة من الفرقة الثانية شعبة اللغة الألمانية بكلية التربية جامعة حلوان. واستغرق التطبيق (٦) أسابيع من الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الدراسي 2018-2019 بواقع (4) ساعات أسبوعيا بإجمالي (24) ساعة دراسية، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلي وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي دلالة أقل من (0.001) بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب في الاختبار القبلي (43.97) والبعدي (67.85) للثروة اللغوية عند مستويات (الاستدعاء والفهم والتطبيق) وبين متوسطي درجات الطلاب وفي التطبيق القبلي (118.7) والبعدي (132.06) لمقياس الاتجاه نحو التعلم الجوال. وقد بلغ حجم تأثير الاختبار (5.62) وحجم تأثير مقاس الاتجاه (2.27). وهذه النتائج تؤكد على أن التعلم الجوال باستخدام برنامج خدمة الرسائل القصيرة له تأثير كبير جدا في تنمية الثروة اللغوية وتنمية الاتجاه نحو التعلم الجوال لدي طلاب الفرقة الثانية شعبة اللغة الألمانية. وقد أوصت الدراسة بتوظيف التعلم الجوال في تعلم اللغة الألمانية في التعليم الجامعي والدمج بين التعلم الجوال وبين النماذج الورقية. The current study aimed to identify the effectiveness of mobile phones in the development of the language revolution among students of the second year German Language Division and the trend towards mobile learning. To achieve this goal, the researcher identified the needs of students in linguistic wealth at the levels of (call, understanding, and application). In light of this, the researcher designed a mobile learning program through smartphones through SMS service and sending learning materials via WhatsApp. The current study used the descriptive approach in preparing the theoretical framework for research, designing its tools, and analyzing and interpreting the results. The quasi-experimental approach was chosen with a single-group experimental design by applying the pre- and post-research tools. Research tools were the Linguistic Wealth Test, the Measure of the Trend towards Mobile Learning. The sample of the study consisted of (33) students from the second year of the German Language Division at the Faculty of Education, Helwan University. The application lasted (6) weeks from the first semester of the academic year 2018-2019 (4) hours per week for a total of (24) hours. The results of the study found significant differences at the level of significance below (0.001) between the average grades of students in the pre-test (43.97) and post-test (67.85) for the linguistic wealth at the levels (call, understanding and application) and between the average grades of students and in pre-application (118.7) and post-application (132.06) to measure the trend towards mobile learning. The size of effect test (5.62) and the size of trend test (2.27) were measured. These results confirm that mobile learning, using the SMS service program, has a very significant impact on the development of linguistic wealth and the development of the trend towards mobile learning among students of the second year of the German Language Division. The study recommended the use of mobile learning in German language learning in university education and the integration of mobile learning with paper models.
