هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم فعالية التثقيف الأسري المقدم بمراكز التثقيف الأسري، التابعة لجمعية "أسرة" بمنطقة القصيم، وذلك من حيث تقييم الجوانب التالية: وضوح أهداف المركز والإعلام عنها، والعاملين في المركز، وبرامج التدريب، والبرامج والاستشارات النفسية، والبرامج التوعوية والوقائية، والمعوقات التي تواجه المركز؛ واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم استخدام استبيان، للتعرف على الواقع الفعلي لمراكز التثقيف الأسري من وجهة نظر المستفيدات، من إعداد الباحثة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من عينة استطلاعية قوامها (30) طالبة من المستفيدات المترددات على مراكز التثقيف الأسري بجامعة القصيم، تراوحت أعمارهن بين 19 – 33، بمتوسط قدره 21.90 + 2.45، وعينة أساسية (105) طالبة من المستفيدات من خدمات المركز التثقيفي بكل من: كلية الشريعة، وكلية العلوم والآداب بجامعة القصيم، تراوحت أعمارهن بين 18 – 33 بمتوسط 21.80 + - 1.90؛ وأشارت النتائج إلى حرص المركز على تقدير احتياجات الأسرة وتضمينها في البرامج التدريبية، وحرص العاملين بالمركز على سرية المعلومات، وخصوصية الطالبات، ووجود أماكن مهيئة ومخصصة لتلقي التدريبات، وكان للمركز فائدته في تحقيق التوافق والتكيف الاجتماعي والأكاديمي للمستفيدات، حيث يقدم برامج تنموية للمقبلات على الزواج، كما أسهم في تنمية القدرات البشرية للطالبات بالجامعة. ومن المعوقات التي أشارت إليها المستفيدات حاجة المركز إلى كرسي استرخاء، وعدم مناسبة أوقات عمل المركز لجميع الطالبات، وافتقاره لعقد لقاءات دورية للتعريف بخدماته في أنشطة واحتفالات الطالبات. وأوصت الدراسة بتوطيد الصلات الإدارية بين المركز وإدارات الكليات والجهات المعنية الأخرى؛ لتقديم الخدمات لعدد أكبر للطالبات، وزيادة عدد العاملين بالمركز وخاصة الاستشاريين ومقدمي الخدمات النفسية.
The recent study has aimed to evaluating the effectiveness of family education in Qassim university centres belonging to Family association in Qasim. Evaluating the following aspects: The objectives of the centre being clear and known, the centre workers, the training programs, the psych guiding programs, the educational and protective programs, and the obstacles facing the centre. The study used a questionnaire to recognize the Effectiveness Of family Education Centres. The study sample consisted of a Pilot Sample of (30) of the beneficiary, in the Educational Family Centre in Qassim University, aged 19 to 33, with an average of 21.90 + -2.45, and (105) of the service beneficiary in the educational centre in the faculties of Law and Science & Arts, Qassim University, aged 18 - 33, with an average of 21.80 + -1.90. The results demonstrated, according to the perspective Of beneficiary, the centre responsibility of estimating family needs and including them in the training programs, and the centre workers keeping the data secret, and the privacy of the beneficiary being respected, the availability of appropriate placed designated for training, also it showed that role of the centre in achieving social and academic harmony and adaptation of the beneficiary, and in providing development programs for the newly couples. Also, the centre contributed to improving human abilities of the female university students. Some of the obstacles, mentioned by the beneficiary, were the shortage of relaxing chairs, and the centre timetable being unsuitable for the whole of the beneficiary, and not holding periodical meetings for its services in students' activities and celebrations being known. The study recommended strengthening administration ties among the centre and faculties administrations and the other concerned sides, for providing services for a larger number of beneficiary, and increasing the number of the centre workers especially advisors and psycho services providers.
