المستخلص: النكت البلاغية جماليات تعبيرية فنية، ولذا اهتم بها كثير من الأدباء والبلغاء، ولكن الملاحظ لكتب الأدب والبلاغة يجد علماء الأدب والبلاغة يذكرون الجماليات الفنية التعبيرية للنكت البلاغية، ولا يذكرون القواعد المنطقية البلاغية التي تبين كيفية بناء هذه النكت البلاغية، ولعل ذلك يرجع إلى عدم انضباطها بقواعد منطقية بلاغية لا يمكن حصرها كما أشار إلى ذلك التفتازاني لما قال: "لا يمكن أن يضبطها القلم". ولذا فإن هذا البحث وفي إطار تفرع العلوم والاهتمام بالتخصص يحاول أن يقدم بادرة أولى تكون لبنة لحصر وضبط القواعد البلاغية الفنية، على أن يكون المجال مفتوحا لكل من يريد أن يضيف إليه قاعدة يكتشفها، حتى نضيف للبلاغة العربية بابا مستقلا يكون خاصا بفهم معاني النكت البلاغية وإدراك قواعدها، مع الإشارة إلى أن النكت البلاغية كمادة جمالية تعبيرية كثير موجود في كتب الأدب والبلاغة، ولكن كمادة منطقية قواعدية قليل مفقود.

The rethoric jokes are an artistic aesthetic form of literary expression. They have aroused the interest of several writers and rethoricians. However،the reader of literary and rethoric works finds that the writers and rethoricians evoke the expressive artistic aesthetic shape of the rethoric jokes but fail to evoke the logical rethoric rules which reveal how these rethoric jokes are constructed. This is probably due to the fact that they do not submit to logical rethoric rules which can not be delimited as Al Taftazani puts it : ’’ they can not be delimited by the pen’’. This research comes in- in the context of scientific diversity and interest in the specialism- to attempt، and contribute with an original initiative that may be the laying of the first stone to delimit and establish the rethoric artistic rules، paving the way to anyone interested in contributing by adding (a) rule(s) of his own finding، so that we can give the Arabic rethoric its independent label that will be dedicated to understanding the meaning of rethoric jokes and the comprehension of their rules, with a special mention that rethoric jokes as an expressive artistic matter exist in the quantity in literature and rethoric books but are quasi-absent as a logical rule governed matter.
