المستخلص: Given the current economic crisis that Algeria is experiencing due to the decline in oil prices, focusing on investment has become an imperative for the Algerian state, which has adopted a reform policy in this regard that takes into account the promotion and improvement of the level of both external and internal investment to cover the deficit of public treasury.
This is done through a number of measures, the most important of which is to reconsider the laws regulating investment, especially the Finance Law of 2016, which came with a set of financial and fiscal incentives for the benefit of investors.
Accordingly, the subject of the study is concerned with research and analysis of the most important developments contained in the aforementioned Finance Law relating to the promotion of investment.

بالنظر للأزمة الاقتصادية الحالية التي تعيشها الجزائر بفعل تراجع أسعار النفط، فإن التركيز على الاستثمار أصبح ضرورة حتمية على الدولة الجزائرية التي تبنت سياسة إصلاحية في هذا الشأن تأخذ بعين الاعتبار ترقية وتحسين مستوى الاستثمار الخارجي والداخلي على السواء لتغطية عجز الخزينة العمومية.
وذلك من خلال جملة من الإجراءات لعلى أهمها على الأطلاق إعادة النظر في القوانين المنظمة للاستثمار وعلى رأسها قانون المالية لسنة 2016 والذي جاء بجملة من التحفيزات المالية والجبائية لفائدة المستثمرين.
وعليه فإن موضوع الدراسة يهتم بالبحث والتحليل لأهم المستجدات التي تضمنها قانون المالية الأنف الذكر والمتعلقة بتشجيع الاستثمار.

Compte tenu de la crise économique actuelle subie par l'Algérie en raison de la baisse des prix du pétrole, l'accent est mis sur l'investissement come une nécessité pour l'État algérien, qui a adopté une politique de réforme à cet égard, en tenant compte de la promotion et de l'amélioration du niveau des investissements étrangers et internes pour couvrir le déficit du trésor public.
A travers une série de mesures dont la plus important est l'examen des lois régissant les investissements, y compris la plus importante , la loi de finances de 2016, qui comporte une série d'incitations financières et fiscales pour les investisseurs.
Par conséquent, le sujet de l'étude porte sur la recherche et l'analyse des développements les plus importants inclus dans la loi financière susmentionnée relative à la promotion de l'investissement.
