المستخلص: The Algerian school is drowning day by day in an ongoing and deep crisis. It is the crisis of academic underachievement and the many problems of students despite all the means used by the concerned authorities. However, their efforts have not always been used properly. This is because the academic underachievement, as it is known, is linked to the pupil's poor ability to attain and repeat the year one and more time; however, the Algerian student's academic underachievement is linked to multiple reasons, without dropping the factors related to the family and school environment and the lack of integration of roles, which are characterized by mutual charges between parents and teachers, and between them lies an educational system that needs not only restructuring but a deep pedagogical, psychological study represented in (diagnosis and care).

المدرسة الجزائرية تغرق يوما بعد يوم في أزمة مستمرة وعميقة، إنها أزمة التأخر الدراسي، ومشاكل التلاميذ المتعددة بالرغم من كل الوسائل المستخدمة من طرف الجهات المعنية، لكن جهودهم دائما لم تستغل كما ينبغي، لأن التأخر الدراسي كما يعرف مرتبط بقدرة التلميذ الضعيفة على التحصيل الدراسي وإعادة السنة لمرة وأكثر، إلا أن التلميذ الجزائري تأخره الدراسي مرتبط بأسباب متعددة. دون أن نسقط العوامل المتعلقة بالوسط الأسري والمدرسي وعدم تكامل الأدوار، والتي تتسم بالتهم المتبادلة بين الأولياء والمدرسين، وبينهما هناك نظام تعليمي لا يحتاج فقط إلى إعادة الهيكلة ولكن إلى دراسة نفسية بيداغوجية عميقة تتمثل في (التشخيص والتكفل).

L’école Algérienne s’enfonce de plus en plus, dans une crise continuelle et profonde, c’est la crise de retard scolaire et les multi problèmes des élèves. Malgré tous les moyens mis en place par les responsables, mais leur efforts ont toujours été mal exploités. La définition du retard scolaire d’un élève est lié à son niveau prévu, provoqué par un ou plus de redoublement ; mais l’élève Algérien de nos jours connaît des causes de retard scolaire très diverses. Aussi bien que des problèmes, lié au milieu familial et scolaire .Les parents et les enseignants se renvoient les accuses entre les deux, un système d’éducation qui n’a pas seulement besoin de restructuration mais d’une profonde étude psychopédagogique.
