المستخلص: تسعى الدراسة إلى تحقيق هدف رئيسي هو تطوير أداء القيادات الإدارية بالمدارس الثانوية بدولة الكويت في ضوء مدخل إدارة المعرفة. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي وتم تطبيق أداء الاستبانة التي تم توزيعها على (450) استبانة وبلغ عدد الاستبيانات التي تم استيفائها في كل المناطق (299) استبانة. تم تطبيق العينة على مديري ومديرات المدارس المساعدين والمساعدات والمعلمين وفق العينة المختار بلغ عدد الاستبيانات الصحيحة (299) استبانة كانت مكتملة الإجابة أي بنسبة (76.6%) من إجمالي الاستبيانات الموزعة على أفراد العينة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها وجود مجموعة من جوانب القوة والضعف وكذلك الفرص والتهديدات ذات تأثير على تطبيق إدارة المعرفة بالمرحلة الثانوية بدولة الكويت، واقترحت الدراسة استراتيجية تهدف لدعم تطبيق إدارة المعرفة بالك المدارس.

The study aims to achieve the main objective is to develop the performance of school administration in the secondary stage in the State of Kuwait in the light of the introduction of knowledge management. To reach a proposed action that can contribute to the development of the performance of the secondary school administration in the State of Kuwait. The researcher used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire performance was distributed to (450) questionnaires and the number of questionnaires that were completed in all regions (299) questionnaire. The sample was applied to the principals and principals of auxiliary schools, assistants and teachers according to the selected sample. The number of valid questionnaires was (299), the questionnaire was complete (76.6%) of the total questionnaires distributed to the respondents. The number of incorrect questionnaires (140) was incomplete, ie 23.4% of the total questionnaires distributed to the sample members. The study found several results, the most important being the existence of a range of strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats affecting the implementation of knowledge management in the secondary stage in Kuwait. The study proposed a strategy to support the implementation of knowledge management by schools.
