تكمن أهمية البحث بالكشف عن دور الجزائر في تحقيق التضامن العربي- الأفريقي ضد إسرائيل 1962-1977 فضلا عن خلق فرص جديدة للسلام من خلال الحصول على مساندة أفريقية واسعة تنسجم مع تطلعات الجزائر الرامية للحد من التوسع "الإسرائيلي" على حساب الأراضي العربية ولاسيما الأراضي الفلسطينية التي احتلتها في الحروب العربية – الإسرائيلية 1948-1967 وتشريد أهلها ومصادرة أموالهم وممتلكاتهم. إذ سعت الجزائر إلى تقوية الروابط العربية – الأفريقية بالتعاون البناء في المجالات السياسية والاقتصادية وتوظيف القدرات المتحققة لمواجهة أخطار الاستعمار بأشكاله المختلفة ولاسيما إسرائيل. ولتحقيق ذلك ركزت الحكومة الجزائرية خلال مدة البحث على تقوية وتفعيل نشاطها الدبلوماسي مع حكومات الدول الأفريقية من خلال مبعوثيها وقنصلياتها وسفراءها في عواصم ومدن الدول الأفريقية، إذ انصب جهد الحكومة الجزائرية على اختيار المؤهلين للعمل في هذا المجال، إذ حقق دبلوماسيو الجزائر ما لم يحققه أقرانهم في سفارات دول عديدة، بعد أن كسبوا الرأي العام في الدول الأفريقية لصالح القضية الفلسطينية.
The research aims to identify: the relationship of perceived self-efficacy with social awareness and organizational affiliation among the students of the kindergarten department. The research sample consisted of (400) female students. The researcher prepared the self-efficacy measure consisting of (26) items and the social awareness measure consisting of (28) items, and the organizational affiliation measure consisting of (30) items divided into three components, the first component is the tendency of the student towards the section consisting of (10) items and the second component is compatibility of the student consisting of (12) items and the third component is continuity, consisting of (8) items, the researcher adopted the statistical program (SPSS), The T-test of two independent samples and Pearson correlation coefficient, Alpha-Kronbach and the T-test of one sample, the results showed a positive relationship between self-efficacy and the social awareness and self-affiliation. Recommendations: 1. Activate the role of governmental and private universities in contributing to enhancing the perceived self-efficacy of students. 2- The role of the media in educating youth socially and information technology to serve the society Proposals: 1– Doing a research on perceived self-efficacy and social awareness and their relationship to organizational affiliation on other samples (students of governmental and private scientific colleges). 2. Doing a research deals with self-efficacy variable and its relation to social persuasion among university students. 3. Doing a research deals with the effectiveness of a program in developing organizational affiliation among kindergarten teachers
