|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على فاعلية استراتيجية (K.W.L.H) في تنمية مهارات التفكير الناقد والاتجاه نحو المهنة لدى طلاب الدبلوم العام بكلية التربية جامعة المنيا، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت الباحثة المنهج شبة التجريبي للمجموعة الواحدة ذو القياس القبلي والبعدي، وقامت الباحثة بتدريس مادة الفروق الفردية والقياس النفسي باستخدام استراتيجية (K.W.L.H ) لعينة الدراسة التي تكونت من (45) طالب وطالبة من طلاب الدبلوم العام الواحد، وطبق عليهم اختبار كاليفورنيا للتفكير الناقد الصورة (2000) ومقياس الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس من إعداد الباحثة، قبل وبعد التجربة، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي في كل من مهارات التفكير الناقد والاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس لصالح التطبيق البعدي وبحجم تأثير مرتفع لاستخدام استراتيجية K.W.L.H في تنمية مهارات التفكير الناقد والاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات.

|b The study aimed at identifying the effectiveness of the K.W.L.H strategy in developing critical thinking and attitude toward teaching among the students of the general diploma in Faculty of Education Minia University. In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher used the quasi-experimental method, prior and post measurement design, for one group. The researcher taught two courses using K.W.L.H: Individual Differences and Psychological Measurement, to (45) male and female students of the one-year general diploma, the sample of the study. The California test of critical thinking image (2000) and the measure of the attitude toward the teaching profession both have been applied to the sample before and after the experiment. The study revealed a statistical difference between the average scores of pre-application and post-application of the critical thinking skills and attitude toward teaching in favor of post-application. It is also found that using the strategy of K.W.L.H in developing critical thinking and attitude toward teaching has high impact. According to the findings, the study suggests many recommendations.
