المستخلص: هدف البحث: التعرف على دعم الإدارة العليا لاستخدام نظم دعم القرار وتأثيره على تطبيق إعادة الهندسة للنظم الأكاديمية والإدارية في الجامعات الفلسطينية في قطاع غزة. مجتمع وعينة البحث: تكون من أربع جامعات فلسطينية في قطاع غزة وهي (جامعة الأقصى، الجامعة الإسلامية، جامعة الأزهر، جامعة فلسطين)، وعينة الدراسة الأكاديميين بمنصب إداري. المنهجية: تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذا البحث وتم الحصول على البيانات الثانوية من خلال قائمة استقصاء صممت خصيصا لجمع البيانات باستخدام طريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية حسب الجامعة، حيث تم توزيع (250) استبانة على مجتمع الدراسة، وقد تم استرداد (216) استبانة بنسبة (86.4%)، وتم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لإدخال ومعالجة وتحليل البيانات. النتائج: أبرزت النتائج بأنه يوجد علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين دعم الإدارة العليا لاستخدام نظم دعم القرار وتطبيق إعادة الهندسة للنظم الأكاديمية والإدارية في الجامعات الفلسطينية في قطاع غزة. كما أكدت النتائج على وجود تأثير لدعم الإدارة العليا لاستخدام نظم دعم القرار على تطبيق إعادة الهندسة للنظم الأكاديمية والإدارية في الجامعات الفلسطينية في قطاع غزة. وأظهرت النتائج بأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات إجابات المبحوثين تعزي إلى (الجنس، الفئة العمرية، الدرجة العلمية، عدد سنوات الخدمة، المسمى الوظيفي). التوصيات: ضرورة اهتمام الإدارة العليا للجامعات بنظم دعم القرار، وبذل جهود مكثفة ومتواصلة لدعم وتعزيز الجهود الرامية إلى إثراء وتعزيز دور نظم دعم القرار في الجامعات. وضرورة اعتماد مبدأ التكامل في عمل تكنولوجيا المعلومات والابتعاد عن الازدواجية، وإنشاء وتخصيص بند خاص بفرق تكنولوجيا المعلومات كعناصر مكملة لفريق إعادة الهندسة، ومواصلة الاتصال الإداري والتغذية العكسية لكشف أي مستجدات، وبناء منصة تكنولوجيا المعلومات تتيح الفرصة للجامعات لاستخدامها كبنية تحتية في برامج إعادة الهندسة.

Aim of the research: The objective of the research is to identify the support of senior management for the use of decision support systems and its impact on the re-engineering application of academic and administrative systems in the Palestinian universities in the Gaza Strip. Population: It consists of four regular Palestinian universities in the Gaza Strip (Al-Aqsa University, Islamic University, Al- Azhar University, and Palestine University) Methodology The descriptive approach was used in this research. The secondary data was obtained through a survey questionnaire designed specifically for collecting data using the random stratified sample method by the university. 250 questionnaires were distributed to the study community. 216 responses were retrieved (86.4%). The Statistical Analysis of Social Sciences (SPSS) program was used to introduce, process and analyze data. Results: The results showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between the commitment, support and support of senior management to use decision support systems and reengineering the academic and administrative systems in the Palestinian universities in the Gaza Strip. The results also confirmed the impact of the commitment, support and support of senior management to the use of decision support systems to implement re-engineering of academic and administrative systems in the Palestinian universities in the Gaza Strip. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the responses of the respondents attributed to (gender, age group, degree, number of years of service, job title). Conclusions: Higher management of universities should support decision support systems, and intensive and sustained efforts should be made to support and enhance efforts to enrich and enhance the role of decision support systems in universities. And the need to adopt the principle of integration in the work of information technology and avoid duplication, and the establishment and allocation of an item for the IT teams as complementary elements of the re-engineering team, and continue administrative communication and feedback to detect any developments, and building an information technology platform provides the opportunity for universities to be used as infrastructure in re-engineering programs.
