المستخلص:	Despite the multiplicity of alternatives to the penalties for freedom and the difference, but the judicial test as an alternative to sanctions has achieved more advantages than criticism against the opposite of most alternatives because it aims to reform the criminal in the midst of the environment in contrast to entering the institution punitive and deviant deviation
