المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلي وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير مقرر الإدارة والتوافق النفسي بالمرحلة الثانوية التجارية في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة ومتطلبات السلوك الإداري الفعال، ولقد تم بناء استبانة معايير الجودة الشاملة لمقرر الإدارة والتوافق النفسي واستبانة متطلبات السلوك الإداري الفعال اللازمة لمواجهة متطلبات سوق العمل، وذلك لتحديد مدي توافر معايير الجودة الشاملة والسلوك الإداري الفعال في محتوي، وإخراج الكتاب ونظم تقويم مقرر الإدارة والتوافق النفسي وذلك لوضع التصور المقترح.
وتوصلت النتائج إلي:
- بلغ عدد المعايير التي توفرت بدرجة ضعيفة من معايير جودة المحتوى الدراسي في محتوى مقرر الإدارة والتوافق النفسي (11) معيار وذلك بنسبة (44%).
-بلغ عدد المعايير التي توفرت وبنسب كبيرة في إخراج الكتاب المدرسي (16) معيارًا من معايير جودة إخراج الكتاب المدرسي، وذلك بنسبة (80%)، ومعياران توافرا بدرجة ضعيفة، ومعياران لم يتوافرا مطلقاً.
- بلغ عدد معايير جودة التقويم التي توفرت بدرجة ضعيفة (9) معايير بنسبة (42.85%)
- بلغ عدد متطلبات السلوك الإداري الفعال اللازمة لمواجهة سوق العمل التي توفرت بدرجة ضعيفة (17) متطلب بنسبة (58.62%) وعدد المتطلبات التي لم تتوفر (12) متطلب، وذلك بنسبة (41.37%).
- بلغ عدد البنود الاختبارية التي لم تتوفر فيها المتطلبات الخاصة بالسلوك الإداري الفعال اللازمة لمواجهة متطلبات سوق العمل (12) بند اختباري بنسبة (41.37%) من أسئلة المقرر.
ولقد تم وضع تصور لتطوير محتوي وإخراج الكتاب ونظم التقويم لمقرر الإدارة والتوافق النفسي تراعي معايير الجودة الشاملة ومتطلبات السلوك الإداري الفعال بناء على نتائج الدراسة.

The study aimed to develop a proposal for the development of the management course and psychological compatibility at the secondary economic level in light of the overall quality standards and the requirements of effective administrative behaviour. The questionnaire of the overall quality standards was built for the course of management and psychological compatibility as well as the questionnaire for requirements of active administrative behaviour necessary to meet the needs of the labour market, in order to determine the availability of overall quality standards and effective management behaviour in the content, the output of the book, and the evaluation systems of the management course and psychological compatibility in order to develop the proposed concept.
The conclusions arrived:
- The number of standards that met with a weak degree of quality of academic content in the course content of management and psychological compatibility reached (11) standards with a ratio of 44%.
-The number of standards that were met and in vast proportions in the production of textbooks reached (16) standards of quality of textbook output, which is 80%), two standards of low availability, and two standards that are not available at all.
- The number of evaluation quality standards that were met with a poor degree was (9) standards with a ratio of (42.85%)
- The number of requirements for effective administrative behaviour necessary to meet the labour market, which met with a weak degree, reached (17) requirements by (58.62%) and the number of requirements that did not meet is (12) requirements, i.e. (41.37%).
- The number of test articles that did not meet the requirements for effective administrative behaviour necessary to meet the requirements of the labour market reached (12) test articles with (41.37%) of the course's questions.
A concept has been formed to develop the content and output of the book, and evaluation systems for the course of management and psychological compatibility take into account the overall quality standards and the requirements of effective management behaviour based on the results of the study.
