المستخلص: الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف المرسلين سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين، وبعد: لم يحظ النثر -بوجه عام -بعناية الدارسين مثل ما حظي به الشعر العربي على مر العصور، حيث منحوه القدح المعلى. ثم إن التوقيعات الأدبية -بوجه خاص -لم تلق ما لغيرها من أجناس النثر الأخرى، فظلت التوقيعات على كثرتها وتفرقها في كتب الأدب مهرة لم تركب، ودرة لم تثقب، على الرغم من اشتمالها على ألوان البلاغة، وفنونها. ومن ثم كان هذا البحث: (من السمات البلاغية لأدب التوقيعات) محاولة للوقوف على أبرز سماتها البلاغية من خلال طول النظر في شواهدها، ثم الوقوف عند كل سمت على حدة متخذا من الكثرة أو اللزوم معيارا له. فقد أخذت الدراسة على عاتقها لفت الأنظار إلى موقع أدب التوقيعات من البلاغة، وذلك بتجلية سماته البلاغية حتى تكون هذه السمات أساسا لدراسات بلاغية وافية في هذا اللون الأدبي الرفيع. وقد كانت تلك التوقيعات التي جمعها ابن عبد ربه الأندلسي في كتابه: (العقد الفريد) عدة البحث وعتاده، ومقصد تلك الدراسة الرئيس، ومحط رحلها. وقد وقفت الدراسة على سمات ست للتوقيعات الأدبية هي: الإيجاز والتركيز والتقديم والاقتباس والتضمين والسجع المطبوع وحسن التقسيم وتصدير التوقيع بفعل الأمر للواحد. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج عدة، منها: أن التوقيعات الأدبية عكست ثقافة الموقعين، وأبرزت مدى بلاغتهم، وكشفت عن موهبتهم، وبينت كيف أنهم كانوا يمتلكون ناصية البيان. ومنها: أن التوقيعات جنس أدبي يعكس الفطرة العربية الخالصة في أبهى صورها، وأصدق مظاهرها، حيث يترجم مدى ما وصل إليه أصحاب التوقيعات من قدرة فائقة على اختيار الألفاظ المناسبة والمعاني الثرة، فقد استطاعوا أن ينتقوا الألفاظ التي تفي بالمعاني والتي تناسب الغرض الذي سيقت لأجله، ولم تسجل هذه الدراسة موضعا وحيدا جانب فيه الموقعون الصواب. ومنها أن التوقيعات الأدبية اختصت بنية وتركيبا بسمات بلاغية، ومظاهر أسلوبية، لا يخطئها بحال الناظر المتأمل؛ إذ إن لكل جنس أدبي بعض السمات البلاغية والمظاهر الأسلوبية التي تميزه عن غيره، وقد كان القرآن الكريم والشعر العربي خاصة رافدين مهمين لأدب التوقيعات لما للغة القرآن الكريم والشعر من بديع التأثير في المتلقي وقدرتهما الفائقة على الإقناع والإمتاع في آن واحد.

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the honorable messengers of our master Muhammad and his family and companions and those who follow them in charity until the Day of Judgment, In general, prose has not been as carefully studied as Arabic poetry has received throughout the ages. Literary signatures, in particular, have not received any other kinds of prose. The signatures of many of them have remained scattered in the literature, skilled and uncluttered, and the engravings are not punctuated, although they contain the colors of rhetoric and its arts. Hence, this research was one of the rhetorical characteristics of the literature of signatures. It is an attempt to find out the most prominent features of the rhetoric through the length of consideration of its evidence, and then to stand at each sign separately, taking the necessary or necessary standard. The study has taken it upon itself to draw attention to the site of the literature of signatures of the rhetoric, by the characterization of rhetorical qualities so that these features are the basis for studies and rhetorical adequate in this literary color high. These were the signatures collected by Ibn Abed Rabbo al-Andalusi in his book (The Unique Contract), the number of research and its equipment, the purpose of this study, the head, and the station of its journey. The study focused on the six attributes of literary signatures: summary, concentration, presentation, quotation, inclusion, printed sufficiency, good division and export of signature by order to one. The study concluded that the literary signatures reflected the culture of the signatories, highlighted the extent of their communication, revealed their talent, and showed how they possessed the cornerstone of the statement. Among them are: Signatures are a literary genre that reflects the pure Arab instinct in its finest form and its true manifestations. It translates the extent to which the signatories reached a great ability to choose the appropriate words and meanings. They were able to select the words that meet the meanings that are suitable for the purpose for which they were presented. This study was not recorded in a single place where the right signatories. Literary signatures have different meanings and stylistic features that distinguish them from others. The Holy Quran and Arabic poetry were especially important references to the literature of signatures as to the language of the Holy Quran and poetry. It is wonderful to influence the receiver and their ability to both persuasion and pleasure.
