المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة توافر أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة في إدارة الإشراف التربوي بمدينة تبوك من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين، وكذلك الكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير (المؤهل العلمي - سنوات الخبرة في مجال الإشراف التربوي - عدد الدورات التدريبية في مجال الإشراف التربوي).
استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المشرفين التربويين في إدارة الإشراف التربوي بمدينة تبوك وعددهم (75) مشرفا تربويا، واستخدم أسلوب الحصر الشامل في اختيار عينة الدراسة. وقام الباحث باستخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، واستخدام برنامج (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات.
أهم نتائج الدراسة:
1. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة توافر أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة في إدارة الإشراف التربوي بمدينة تبوك كانت (متوسطة) وبمتوسط عام بلغ (3.29).
2. أظهرت النتائج أن البعد الثاني (تشجيع الحوار والاستفسار) جاء في المرتبة الأولى وبمتوسط بلغ مقداره (3.83)، بينما جاء البعد الرابع (تمكين الأفراد لجمعهم نحو رؤية مشتركة) في المرتبة السابعة وبمتوسط بلغ مقداره (2.94).
3. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول توافر أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة في إدارة الإشراف التربوي بمدينة تبوك تعزى لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي - عدد سنوات الخبرة في مجال الإشراف التربوي - عدد الدورات التدريبية في مجال الإشراف التربوي)


The study aimed to reveal the degree of availability of the dimensions of the learning organization in the Department of Educational Supervision in Tabuk from the viewpoint of the educational supervisors, as well as to reveal the statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample individuals attributable to the variable of (academic qualification - years of experience in the field of educational supervision - number of training courses in the field of educational supervision).
The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the study population consisted of all (75) the educational supervisors in the Department of Educational Supervision in Tabuk and used the comprehensive inventory method in selecting the study sample. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for the study and used the (SPSS) software to analyze the data.
The key results of the study:
1. The results showed that the degree of availability of the dimensions of the learning organization in the Department of Educational Supervision in Tabuk City was (medium), with a general average of (3.29).
2. The results showed that the second dimension (encouraging dialogue and inquiry) came in the first place, with an average of (3.83), while the fourth dimension (empowering individuals to bring them together towards a common vision) came in seventh place with an average of (2.94).
3. The absence of statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample individuals about the availability of the dimensions of the learning organization in the Department of Educational Supervision in Tabuk due to variables (educational qualification - number of years of experience in the field of educational supervision - number of training courses in the field of educational supervision)
