المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال وعلاقتها باتجاههن نحو المهنة في ضوء منهج حقي ألعب وأتعلم وأبتكر، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (161) معلمة من روضات مختلفة بقرى ومدن محافظة أسيوط وصممت الباحثة أداتي الدراسة وهما استبانة تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال في ضوء منهج حقي ألعب وأتعلم وأبتكر، ومقياس اتجاه معلمات رياض الأطفال نحو المهنة، وتوصلت إلى النتائج الآتية: 1)توجد احتياجات تدريبية متوسطة لمعلمات رياض الأطفال، كما توجد اتجاهات حيادية لديهن نحو المهنة في ضوء منهج حقي ألعب وأتعلم وأبتكر. 2)لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المعلمات على استبانة الاحتياجات التدريبية ومقياس الاتجاه نحو المهنة طبقاً للمتغيرات الديموجرافية (الخبرة، المؤهل الدراسي، اعتماد الروضة، مكان الروضة). 3)توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المعلمات على استبانة الاحتياجات التدريبية وذلك طبقا لمتغير نوع الروضة لصالح الروضات الخاصة. 4)توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المعلمات على مقياس الاتجاه نحو المهنة وذلك طبقاً لمتغير نوع الروضة لصالح الروضات الحكومية. 5)لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين مجالات استبانة الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال وأبعاد مقياس الاتجاه نحو المهنة.

The current research aims to identify: the level of spiritual intelligence and Psychological hardness with parents of disabled children, the relationship between spiritual intelligence and Psychological hardness with parents of disabled children, the differences between the mother and the father of a child with a disability in terms of spiritual intelligence and Psychological hardness in light some variables (age, sex- type of scientific degree- parents work). This study was aimed to determine the training needs of kindergarten teachers and the relationship between the needs and their attitudes towards the profession in the light of the curriculum of my right to play, learn and create. The present study samples were consisted of 161 teachers from different kindergartens, villages and cities located in Assiut province, Egypt. The study involved 2 tools, the 1st was a questionnaire to determine the training needs of kindergarten teachers in the light of the curriculum of my right to play, learn and create; and the 2nd was the scale of kindergartens attitudes towards the profession. The obtained results were as the followings: 1)There were medium training needs for kindergarten teachers, and also there were neutral attitudes towards the profession. 2)There were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of kindergarten teachers’ degrees in the questionnaire to determine the training needs and the scale of kindergartens attitudes towards the profession; and that was according to the demographic variables differences (experience, academic qualification, kindergarten accreditation, kindergarten place). 3)There were significant differences between the mean scores of the questionnaire to determine the training needs and the differences according to the kindergarten type for the favor of the private kindergartens. 4)There were significant differences between the mean scores of the scale of kindergartens attitudes towards the profession and the differences according to the kindergarten type for the favor of the government kindergartens.
