يمثل علم النفس الرياضي أهمية قصوى للحكم، وذلك لأنه يتناول الجوانب النفسية التي من شأنها أن تحدث آثارا إيجابية أو سلبية في أدائه التحكيمي؛ حيث يهدف هذا العلم إلى مساعدة الحكم على مواجهة كافة المشكلات بأسلوب علمي حتى يستطيع أن يظهر في صورة مشرفة. ويعد البروفيل النفسي من الأسس التي تساعد في فهمنا لسلوك وخبرة الحكام تحت تأثير النشاط الرياضي، وتلعب دوراً رئيساً في شخصية الحكام وتسهم بدرجة كبيرة في الارتقاء بمستوى قدراتهم البدنية والعقلية والنفسية واستعداداتهم لتحقيق أفضل إنجاز ممكن، ولذا يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على أهم أبعاد مقياس البروفيل النفسي المميز لحكام الدرجة الثانية والثالثة في كرة القدم، وفقاً للمعايير القياسية الأكاديمية، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لأهداف وتساؤلات البحث، وذلك على عينة قوامها (400) حكم من الحكام المقيدين في سجلات الاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم الدرجة (الثانية والثالثة) للعام (2017/2018م). وأشارت النتائج إلى أن: مقياس البروفيل النفسي لحكام الدرجة (الثانية والثالثة) في كرة القدم قيد البحث أثبت صلاحيته في التعرف على طبيعة أبعاد مقياس البروفيل النفسي لدى حكام (الثانية والثالثة) في كرة القدم. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في بعض السمات النفسية لمقياس البروفيل النفسي لحكام الدرجة (الثانية والثالثة) في كرة القدم لصالح الدرجة الثانية. ويوصي الباحث بضرورة استعانة لجنة الحكام بتطبيق مقياس البروفيل النفسي بشكل دوري على حكام كرة القدم بجمهورية مصر العربية، وذلك للتعرف على طبيعة سمات البروفيل النفسي لدى حكام الدرجة (الثانية والثالثة) في كرة القدم أثناء عملية الانتقاء للحكم الذي يريد مزاولة مهنة التحكيم في كرة القدم، والاهتمام بعمل دورات تدريبية خاصة بالإعداد النفسية وكيفية التعامل النفسي مع الحكام في المواقف الضاغطة المختلفة.
Psychological profile of football Second and third -degree referees ***D.R. The psychological profile is one of the foundations that helps in understanding the behavior and experience of rulers under the influence of sports activity. It plays a major role in the personality of the rulers and contributes significantly to improving their physical, mental and psychological abilities and their readiness to achieve the best possible achievement. In accordance with the academic standards. The researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the aims and questions of the research, based on a sample of (400) referees registered in the records of the Egyptian Federation of Football Blood class (second and third) year (2017/2018 m). The results indicated that: The psychological profile of the referees (second and third) in the football in question proved its validity in recognizing the nature of the dimensions of the profile of the referees (second and third) in football. There are differences of statistical significance in some psychological characteristics of the psychological profile of the rulers of the degree (second and third) in football in favor of the second degree. The researcher recommends the use of the referees' committee to apply the psychometer periodically to the football referees in the Arab Republic of Egypt in order to know the nature of the psychological profile of the second and third referees in football during the selection process for the referee who wants to practice the profession of refereeing in football. And attention to the work of training courses for psychological preparation and how to deal with the psychological rulers in various stressful situations.
