هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقييم بيئة عمل الفصول الافتراضية في التعليم العام وفق معيار القابلية للاستخدام من وجهة نظر التلاميذ والمعلمين ووضع نموذج مقترح للتطوير، وقد طبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية تكونت من (۳۹ تلميذ) من تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية، و(85 معلم) من معلمي نفس المرحلة، وقد استخدمت الدراسة مقياس للقابلية للاستخدام صمم بهدف تقييم الفصول الافتراضية وفقًا له، وقد تكون المقياس من ستة محاور رئيسية هي (واجهة المستخدم - التفاعلية - السرعة – المرونة - الاتصال - كفاءة المحتوى)، وقد كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود اتفاق بين آراء التلاميذ والمعلمين حول توفر معياري السرعة وواجهة الاستخدام في بيئة الفصل الافتراضي، وعدم توفر معياري (التفاعلية والاتصال) في بيئة العمل، كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطات الرتب في استجابات التلاميذ والمعلمين في خمسة محاور من إجمالي ستة محاور مما يدل على وجود تقارب في آراء التلاميذ والمعلمين في معظم محاور مقياس القابلية للاستخدام.
The present study aimed to assess the environment of virtual classrooms in public education according to usability criteria from the point of view of students and teachers and to introduce a suggested model for development, The study applied on a random sample consisted of (39 pupils) of pupils preparatory stage, and (85 teachers) of the teachers the same stage. The study used a measure of the usability in order to evaluate a virtual classroom, the scale consisted of six axes are (User interface - Interactivity- Flexibility- Speed - Communication- Efficient of content), The results of the study have revealed the existence of an agreement between the views of students and teachers about the availability of a criteria (Speed and User interface) in the environment of virtual classroom and the lack of a standard (Interactivity and Communication) in the environment, results also indicated there is no statistically significant differences between the mean of ranks in the responses of students and teachers in the five axes of the total six-axes, this indicating the existence of convergence in the views of students and teachers in most of the axes of Usability scale.
