تلعب الإدارة المدرسية دورًا فعال وأكيد من أجل النهوض والدفع بالعملية التعليمة إلى الإمام من أجل تنمية التلميذ تنمية شاملة ومتوازنة ومن خلال هذه الدراسة ثم التعرف على طبيعة العمل الإداري، الإدارة العامة والإدارة التعليمية والإدارة المدرسية والعلاقة التي تربط بينهما تم توضيح طبيعة عمل مدير المدرسة والسمات والشروط التي يجب أن يتمتع بها كذلك تم وضع مجموعة من الدلائل التي من شأنها تدل على النجاح العمل الإداري بالمدرسة وكذلك وتوضيح المعوقات الإدارية التي تعوق طبيعة عمل مدير المدرسة والتي يجب مراعاتها. كما تتناول هذه الدراسة بإلقاء الضوء على ماهية الإدارة العامة والإدارة التعليمية ونوع العلاقة بينهما ثم دراسة الإدارة المدرسية تعريفها أهميتها وظيفتها وأعضائها الصفات والسمات الشخصية التي ينبغي توافرها عند اختيار القيادة الإدارية وخصائص الإدارة المدرسية الناجحة وواجبات مدير المدرسة وتنظيم العمل المدرسي وتقويمه ومعوقات عمل الإدارة المدرسية وسمات الإدارة الناجحة واستخلاص النتائج التي حققتها تلك الدراسة ثم تقدم مقترح لتنظيم وتطوير الإدارة المدرسية لكي تساهم في إصلاح التعليم في ليبيا.
School management play an effective role in promoting and pushing the educational process forward for comprehensive and balanced development of the pupil. Through this study the adminstative work, public and educational administration and school management has been identified and the relation which connect them. The nature of schools director work, and the attributes and conditions which should be available in the director. Although many evidences has been put which signify the success of administrative work in the school and clarifying the administrative obstacles which stop the school director work. This study shed light on the nature of public administration and educational management and the relation between them. It study the school administration its definition, its job, its members and the personality traits which should be available in choosing the administrative leadership. School management properties and school duties and organizing, evaluating the school work, and the obstacles to the work of school management and features of successful administration. Conclude the results which achieved by the study. Drafting a proposal to organize and develop the school management to contribute in education reform in Libya.
