The study of migration studies is important and the various terms of reference, but to study migration from asocial perspective great importance where being she studies migration and all matitlde and all its matilds are considers social nazards wher at the level of the individuals being member of a community or as a phenomenon that develops in society and speaks in a vacuan on all levels and that the subject of the current research is looking at some kind of migration is the migration of Iraq youth at astage and in mysterious cir cumstances going through Iraq require their study and analysis of their contents as know migration has factors, dimensions, effects and what is in ternal or external. we also know that young people are the most important element in the population pyramid and what has resulted from this migration in particular in recent years (due to youth migration and migration of efficiencies) is an important event in changing the population structure in addition to the severs shortage of youth and graduates (unemployed or active) who are the mainstay of Iraq society (in addition to the killing bombing and kid napping that affect this element in society )it was necessary to intensify the study on this phenomenon in order to get to know the real reasons behind this problem in order to search solutions and proposals research is based on. the research reached a number of results the most important: 1-the most important reason from migration is the frustration that has afflicted the society in general (and young people the most efficien of them) as are sult of the ambiguous conditions and conditions that have passed and still passes through Iraq society. 2 - the goal of the west to attract young Iraqis behind agendas trying to encourage young people to migrate in order to weaken the internal front especially Iraqis going through the most difficult stages as the occupation calling for important cities in Iraq.
أن دراسة الهجرة من الدراسات المهمة ولمختلف الاختصاصات إلا أن لدراسة الهجرة من المنظور الاجتماعي أهمية كبرى حيث كونها تدرس الهجرة وكل ما تولده من مخاطر اجتماعية سواء كانت على صعيد الفرد كونه عضو في المجتمع، أو كظاهرة تنشأ في مجتمع وتحدث ما تحدثه من فراغ على كافة الأصعدة، وأن موضوع البحث الحالي يبحث في نوع من أنواع الهجرة وهي هجرة الشباب العراقي في مرحلة مهمة وفي ظروف غامضة يمر بها العراق تستدعى دراستها وتحليل مضامينها، وكما نعلم أن للهجرة عوامل وأبعاد وأثار وما يكون منها داخلية أو خارجية، وكما نعلم أن الشباب هو العنصر المهم في الهرم السكاني وما حصل جراء هذه الهجرة وبصورة خاصة في السنوات الأخيرة (من جراء هجرة الشباب وهجرة الكفاءات) حدث مهم تمثل في تغير التركيب السكاني إضافة إلى نقص حاد في إعداد الشباب والخرجين (العاطلين أم الفاعلين) الذين هم الركيزة الأساسية في المجتمع العراقي (مضافا إلى ذلك القتل والتفجير والخطف التي تطال هذا العنصر في المجتمع) كان لابد من تكثيف الدراسة حول تلك الظاهرة من أجل الوصول إلى معرفة الأسباب الحقيقة التي تقف خلف تلك الظاهرة من أجل الوصول إلى حلول أو مقترحات تحد أو تقلل من حدة الظاهرة وتأثيرها داخل المجتمع وهذا ما هدف البحث إليه في ثناياه. ويعتبر البحث من البحوث النظرية التي تدرس الموضوع من الناحية الاجتماعية وتحليل أسباب ومحاولة إيجاد حلول للتقليل من حدة الظاهرة (الهجرة) وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: 1- أن أهم أحد أسباب الهجرة هو الإحباط الذي أصاب فئات المجتمع بصورة عامة والشباب (الكفاءات منهم) نتيجة الظروف الغامضة والأوضاع التي مر وما زال يمر بها مجتمعنا العراقي. 2- أن هدف الغرب من استقطاب الشباب العراقي خلفه اجندات تحاول تشجيع الشباب على الهجرة من أجل أضعاف الجبهة الداخلية للدولة خصوصا والعراق يمر بأسوء مراحله كاحتلال داعش لمدن مهمة داخل العراق.
