المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس لنظام إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني (Black Board) في كلية التربية بجامعة الإمام عبدالرحمن بن فيصل"، وبناء على أهداف الدراسة وأسئلتها استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته أهداف الدراسة، وتم تصميم استبانة تتكون من (٤٠) فقرة، وتطبيقها على عينة الدراسة والتي بلغت (٤١) عضو هيئة تدريس "رجال" في كلية التربية بجامعة الإمام عبدالرحمن بن فيصل، ممن درس خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2018/ 2019، وتوصل الباحث إلى النتائج التالية: أن استخدام منظومة بلاك بورد جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وأبانت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 بين متوسط استجابات عينة الدراسة من أعضاء هينة التدريس نحو استخدام نظام بلاك (Black Board) بورد تعزى لمتغير الدرجة العلمية، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 بين متوسط استجابات عينة الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو استخدام نظام بلاك (Black Board) بورد تعزى لمتغير الخبرة. كما أوضحت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.05 بين متوسط استجابات عينة الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو استخدام نظام بلاك (Black Board) بورد تعزى لمتغير الدورات التدريبية لصالح المجموعة التي تدربت على نظام بلاك بورد.

The study aimed to identify the reality of the use of faculty members for the e-learning management system (Black Board) in the College of Education at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University. Based on the study's goals and questions, the researcher used the descriptive approach as it suits the study objectives, and a questionnaire consisting of (40) items was designed and it was applied to the study sample, which amounted to (41) faculty members "men" in the College of Education at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, during the first semester of the academic year 2018/2019. The researcher reached the following results: that the use of the Black Board system came with an average degree, and the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 between the average responses of the study sample from faculty members towards the use of the Black Board system Board attributed to the variable of the academic degree. In addition, there were no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 between the average of study sample responses from the faculty members towards the use of a Black Board system attributed to the variable of experience. The study also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 between the average responses of the study sample from the faculty members towards using the Black Board system attributed to the variable of training courses in favor of the group that trained in the Black Board System.
