يعتبر التعليم حق من الحقوق الإنسانية وعلى الحكومات العربية أن تضعها في أولويات موازناتها السنوية وأن تخصص لها أعلى الموازنات، وأن يعطي للتعليم دوره ومكانته العالية، وتحسين نظرة المجتمع للمعلم ورفع مكانته واحترامه من الجميع، ويجعل التعليم رغبة ذاتية يندفع إليها جميع الطلبة للإقبال عليه وعدم الهروب منه، وأن يقدم مجانا كحق من الحقوق الإنسانية التي نصت عليها القوانين الدولية وقانون التعليم العالي، والاهتمام بالمبدعين وتوفير الأجواء والإمكانات لهم، وتعتبر التجربة الماليزية في التعليم المهني مثالا واضحا ممكن لفلسطين الاستفادة منها، والعمل على تعزيز ومواصلة التعليم، من خلال إنشاء مدارس ذكية تهتم بالتعلم الإلكتروني والتقني، كما ويمكن الاستفادة أيضا من إنشاء مراكز أبحاث ومراكز تكنولوجيا تقدم الخبرات والورش التعليمية التي تسارع إليها دول العالم المتقدم، وأيضا إنشاء مدارس ومعاهد مهنية واعتمادها كأداة ناجحة وتطور تقني كبير بدلا من التعلم التلقيني والمناهج الركيكة التي تعتمدها فلسطين، كما وتم التطرق لأهمية دور الحكومة الفلسطينية لتخصيص ميزانية أكبر للتطوير والتحديث التعليمي وبناء المؤسسات التعليمية بما يتوافق مع التطور العلمي والجامعي، وأيضا اتباع الحكومة سياسة عادلة سياسة النظر شرقا للاستفادة من التطور الماليزي ونقل الخبرات إلى فلسطين، وإرسال البعثات التعليمية لنقل هذه الخبرات والاستفادة من التقدم والنهضة الماليزية، والاهتمام بالعنصر البشري هي أولويات أي حكومة ترغب في تحقيق تنمية في كافة المجالات.
