المستخلص: This research aims to measure the effectiveness of personal learning environment on developing the skills of scientific research and die attitude toward the environment of the students (independent/dependent) of the master studies of education technologies in King AbdulAziz University. Therefore, the-researcher conducted the descriptive approach and semi experimental approach .The sample of the research consisted of (38) students who study the curriculum of research methodology at the second level of master degree in education technologies department for the academic yea 1436/1436H, whereas they were divided into two groups; control group and experimental .group in Jeddah and Quseem Branch. The researcher has prepared the following tools: pre /pro collective test to measure skills of scientific research and explaining the measure of the attitude toward the personal leaning environment in addition to proposed personal learning environment for developing skills of scientific research. The research concluded to a group of results and the most no able among them is that there is statistically significant differences between the two averages marks of the experimental group and control group for the sake of experimental group as well as there is statistically significant difference between the two averages marks of students (independents- dependents) in the experimental group for the sake of independent students with positive direction of the students toward the personal learning environment. Hence, the researcher recommends for the care of using the personal learning environment as educational medium for teaching the learning materials due to the effective impact on developing different skills of students.

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى قياس فاعلية بيئة التعلم الشخصية (Personal Learning Environment) على تنمية مهارات البحث العلمي والاتجاه نحو البيئة لدى طالبات ماجستير تقنيات التعليم في جامعة الملك عبد العزيز (المستقلين – المعتمدين) معرفياً، واتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي والمنهج شبه التجريبي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (38) طالبة هن جميع طالبات المستوى الثاني في قسم ماجستير تقنيات التعليم اللاتي يدرسن مقرر مناهج بحث للعام الدراسي 1435ه-1436ه، حيث تم تعيينهن قصدياً إلى مجموعتين، ضابطة عددها (19) طالبة في جدة، وتجريبية عددها (19) في فرع القصيم، تم تدريس المجموعة التجريبية من خلال بيئة تعلم شخصية مقترحة لتنمية مهارات البحث العلمي، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في اختبار أداء (قبلي/ بعدي) لقياس مهارات البحث العلمي واستبانة قياس اتجاه نحو بيئة التعلم الشخصية، وخلص البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية كذلك وجود فروق دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات الطالبات (المستقلات والمعتمدات) في المجموعة التجريبية لصالح الطالبات المستقلات، ووجود اتجاه إيجابي لدى الطالبات نحو بيئة التعلم الشخصية، وأوصت الباحثة بالاهتمام باستخدام بيئة التعلم الشخصية كمساعد تعليمي في تدريس المواد التعليمية لما لها من أثر فعال في تنمية المهارات المختلفة لدى الطالبات.
