المستخلص: تناقش الدراسة "الدور الروسي تجاه الأزمة السورية" وتهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الملامح العامة للسياسة الخارجية الروسية في نهجها المعاصر، والتعرف على حدود تأثير الدور الروسي في سورية خاصة، والشرق الأوسط عامة. وتستند الدراسة إلى فرضية رئيسية مفادها وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين التدخل الروسي في سوريا وبين تجديد النهج أو السلوك الروسي العالمي باعتبارها قوة كبرى فاعلة، وانعكاس بعض التحولات في المنطقة، وعلى رأسها الأزمة السورية إلى توجيه عودة الدور الروسي نحو منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
واستخدمت الدراسة عدة مناهج أهمها المنهج التاريخي والاستقرائي والاستشرافي، وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، وكان من أبرزها:
1-تثبت الأزمة السورية أن الاقتصاد لازال هو المحرك الأساسي لأشرس النزاعات، والحروب في العالم، وأن حرب الطاقة للقرن الواحد والعشرين هي حرب الغاز.
2-إن التدخل العسكري الروسي في الأزمة السورية يمثل متغيرا جديدا، وحاسما ضمن الأطراف المتنافسة على الشرق الأوسط، وبعد نجاحها العسكري الكبير في حسم المعارك لصالحها في سوريا، وبناء قواعد عسكرية دائمة في سوريا فإن روسيا أصبحت تمثل رقما صعبا في معادلة التوازن الاستراتيجي في الشرق الأوسط.
3-إن مستقبل الأزمة السورية، وما تؤدي إليه الأوضاع سينعكس كل المستقبل الروسي في منطقة الشرق الأوسط من خلال المساعدة الروسية للنظام السوري.
4-في المستقبل سيكون هناك دور روسي فاعل، ومؤثر في معظم الأزمات، والند الآخر للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في حالة من التنافس الدولي الجديد المبني على تحقيق القدر الأكبر من المكاسب السياسية والاقتصادية، والاستراتيجية، والأمنية.

The study discusses “The Russian role towards the Syrian crisis”. The study aims to identify the general features of Russian foreign policy in its contemporary approach and to identify the limits of the influence of the Russian role in Syria in particular, and the Middle East in general. The study is based on the main hypothesis that there is a correlation between the Russian intervention in Syria and the renewal of Russia’s global approach or behavior as a major active force, and the reflection of some transformations in the region, particularly the Syrian crisis, to direct the return of Russian role towards the Middle East region.
The study used several approaches, the most important of which was the historical, inductive and forward-looking approach. The study concluded a series of findings, the most prominent of which were:
1. The Syrian crisis proves that the economy is still the main engine of the fierce conflicts and wars in the world and that the energy war of the 21st century is the gas war.
2- The Russian military intervention in the Syrian crisis represents a new and decisive variable among the rival parties in the Middle East. After its great military success in resolving the battles for its benefit in Syria and building permanent military bases in Syria, Russia has become a difficult figure in the strategic balance equation in the Middle East.
3. The future of the Syrian crisis and what the situation leads to will reflect the whole Russian future in the Middle East through Russian assistance to the Syrian regime.
4. In the future, there will be an active and influential Russian role in most crises, and the other counterpart of the United States of America in a state of new international competition based on greater political, economic, strategic and security gains.
